Claim title: Unauthorized Charges
[04/01/2010] Dave: I've also had a similiar problem with this company. I did receive the trial kit however I do not like the product and now I can't find out how to return it before my 14 day trial expires. I've called customer support however no one ever picks up. Well it's a toll free number so I've called twice now, on hold for over an hour each time. After reading this I will cancell my credit card as well as I suspect they will be charging me for an order I did not place.
