They claim that the only way to cancel future shipments is by calling them and have sent me 2 unwanted shipments that have been charged to my credit card. They sent out product before my 2-week free trial was even over and now claim that they have a no return/no refund policy for the 2 unwanted shipments that I received.

[31/08/2009] jackie: i did the free trial online of medicolon. four days after receiving it my bank account was charged 87.93.
i called for a refund and was told there was no refund. The woman was very rude. I told her that i just received it and i was to have fourteen days. She tells me it is fourteen days from when i ordered so it took them 10 days to mail it to me and i didn't know if i wanted before i tried it.
