Claim title: Avoid viv3.Labs

[30/07/2009] Annemarie: I too fell into this trap. I had only just received my bottle of Acai Berry when I discovered that on on the 16th July they hit my credit card to the tune of AUD$148.66 (my order was placed on the 30th June)and for another AUD$146.19 on the 17th July for the Life Cleanse which I didn't receive until the 28th July. I have cancelled my credit card and reported the fraud to my bank. Like you, I did not see any Terms and Conditions on the website I went to to order the product and certainly did not tick any box to say I had read them. I too have emailed them and have been made out to be in the wrong as I didn't cancel. Why would you if you hadn't even trialed the product? Doesn't make any sense! I told them I had not seen any Terms and asked how they expected someone to trial a product they hadn't even received. I didn't get an answer to that one. I did get an email stating they had closed my account and another saying they would not refund my money as I had not cancelled within the 15 days. This is the first time I have had any issues with purchasing goods online. This company really needs to be reigned in. They are running one hell of a scam! Talk about ecommerce pirates!

[02/08/2009] JayC: You are not the only ones - Try looking at this web site

http://www.complaintsboard.com/?search=Viv3

The company behind the scams is Just Think Media (Google them for more info). It's run by Jesse Willms. If you check the Complaintsboard web site you will find that he has an endless portfolio of products ALL running the same money-grabbing scam (Dazzlewhite, Exressberry etc He constantly re-brands due to all the complaints). You may also come accross a picture of him if you Google Jesse Willms. Copy and paste anything you can and Spread the word good people!! The only way to stop them taking money from your CC is to 1) raise a dispute. 2) stop your card - but probably any new card will get charged 3)threaten them with court action. PS if you get thru on phone ALWAYS get a cancellation number.

[04/08/2009] Gaynor Atkins: I have also been taken for a ride by this company and wonder what actually is in Life Cleanse and Acai berry as I have felt unwell since taking them. I have emailed the company and told them this and that if I don't get a full refund I will look into sueing them and having the capsuless analysed to find out what they actually contain. This company must be practising illegally and I think that many more people need to get together to make sure this company is closed down and none else is made to suffer emotionally or financially.

[04/08/2009] Sophie: I made the mistake of ordering the free sample products today unfortunately before reading these complaints. On the back of others' experiences I decided to cancel my order and credit card immediately in the hope this would prevent problems further down the line.

I tried to contact the company by phone first to cancel my order and close my account. Unfortunately as it was beyond 6pm the call centre was closed so I tried to e-mail instead. However, I received an automated response stating that the support@viv3.com address does not receive incoming e-mails. In my determination to somehow contact the company this evening I managed to find a page on their website that allows you to 'place a ticket' with the cancellation department registering your wish to cancel the recurrent order/free trial. (Follow this link http://vivera.helpserve.com/index.php, select 'contact us', then select 'cancellation'). I have yet to see whether this will be successful, but I have received an automated e-mail response stating that my request is being processed...here's hoping!

Meanwhile my credit card provider, M&S Money, say that even though they can cancel the card, any charges applied prior to the card being cancelled (i.e. the delivery cost for the free samples) will still apply to the account and will be transferred to my new card...similarly, they can't do anything to prevent any charges for a regular monthly supply being applied to my account. However, once the payment has been applied to my account they can then help me to recover the costs (assuming I can evidence that I have followed the terms & conditions of the site by cancelling within the 15days) and have advised me to keep all records of communication with the company just in case this is necessary.

For now I shall be keeping my fingers crossed that by trying to cancel my order on day one of the 15-day period, I may be lucky in keeping my money in the bank where it belongs! However, I will certainly be sure to get on the phone first thing tomorrow and will definitely think twice before being so naive with 'free trials' in future.

[05/08/2009] janet: I am in the process of trying to recover my money from these terrible people. my pills took 8 and 10 days to arrive and they billed me £158 on day 12 !! I don`t hold out much hope but I will keep trying as I cannot afford this sort of money.

[06/08/2009] Sharon: I ordered the Acai Berry and Colon cleanse as well, since it was endorsed by Oprah Winfrey, Rachel Ray, and countless others. I became suspicious when a week has gone by and I have not recieved it. You would think that a product this good, they would be in a hurry to send it so that we can pass on the word of how good the product is. Well, I cancelled both, by phone (automation & w/customer service representative), who verified that I had already cancelled. I did this before they charged me any additional money that I have yet to agree to, then I contacted my bank. I also told them that I did contact my bank and that the information that they have on record is now invalid. I also let them know that any product sent to me will be sent back, and you can best believe, I will put a tracking ticket on it. Hopefully, this will do the trick. Anyone else with suggestions? I am willing to get involved in stopping this company from prospering from our hard earned dollars, especially with the economy the way it is. People are trying to use this for health reasons, alone. It is a shame for them to be able to get away with this. From now on, I order nothing on line!!!

[06/08/2009] Kayla: I need help with this problem. I have emailed multiple times, as well as tried calling the international number, with no progress being made. I'm from Canada and I am unable to contact any number (not for a lack of trying) I have put in a cancellation ticket on July 31, however have still not received a response, and the status is still open. How do I know if my account is cancelled?

[07/08/2009] JO: Kayla, I'm sorry for you and all of us .... it seems you will not know if your account is closed and even if it is they will still take your money. It's a shame but the only way to stop them from fleecing your bank account is to CLOSE YOUR CREDIT CARD IMMEDIATELY.
I canceled well within the 15 days after I realised it was a scam .... I recieved notification from them that my account was closed and no more products would be sent or no more charges would be made... and yet they still STOLE $145.75 AUD from my bank account.
I have been emailing them for weeks to ask for a refund..........and today the bastards have sent me an email saying that they do not respond to emails and that I have to telephone the UK for help !!!! can you believe the audacity of these people? ! I have been communicating with them by email for weeks and now they say they can't email !!
I will keep emailing them until they do the honourable thing and refund my stolen money.

Somehow, I know in my heart, that they are crooks and I won't ever see a refund from them........so the best thing to do is to
1) FILL IN A CREDIT DISPUTE FORM FROM YOUR CREDIT COMPANY. They will then pursue them and hopefully you will get a refund. I HAVE ALSO REPORTED THEM TO THE ACCC AND OTHER FAIR TRADING BODIES IN THE UK.
2) REPORT THEM TO THE POLICE AND FAIR TRADING BODIES and Current affairs TV shows
3) DON'T TAKE THE PILLS - I WOULDN'T TRUST THEM TO BE BENEFICIAL - GOD ONLY KNOWS WHAT IS IN THEM.

IT'S BEEN A NIGHTMARE, DEALING WITH THIS LOW DOWN, ROTTEN TO THE CORE COMPANY AND I WILL NEVER AGAIN ORDER ANYTHING ON LINE.

Thanks, Arnaque for the information you have researched- that is very handy.

[10/08/2009] Chaz: I too have been scammed with this. I cannot get through by phone, nor email. I am determined to get a refund but not sure how at this stage. I was charged $300AUD. I am a new mum who cannot afford to fork out money like this for nothing. I can't believe there are such people in the would who do thist o poor innocent people.

[12/08/2009] julian: call these thief on 0203 1399 027 or 08802389891. i did and the lady i spoke to says she can onlky cancel the payment if i calm down but she cant refund my £73.55.so i send my complain to watchdog.am taking them to court.its highway robbery.scammers.fraudsters.u can ring me on 07534946130

[12/08/2009] Gaynor : I used this website and pasted all the comments via email to this company and also threatened to have the pills analysed by a lab to determine the contents, as I found that they made me feel unwell and brought me out in acne rosacae.
I have been given a refund for both acaiberry and lifecleanse 2 weeks after making complaint.

[14/08/2009] Debra Peel: I also got caught in this trap... I have had two transactions totalling $288 Australian Dollars put to my credit card. Am trying to contact the company to cancel but no e-mail address. Do not want them as they did not work for me and I want a full refund. Am tracing through my bank... DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE

[17/08/2009] tracy gladwell: hi i also got caught out and ordered the acai berry detox and cleance witch i must say HAVE NOT worked.i alos had 2 transactions from my bank accout on the 13/08/09 for £73 x 2.i contacked the company to cancel and she said i would get an email to act on to get my money back i got given this phone number 0014169001137 and i spock to a lady called ana garcia.but still i have no email to act on so i dont no wat to do now to get my money back.if you can help me please mail me on tracy.smurf@yahoo.com

[17/08/2009] Debbie Lockett: I fell for the "free trial" scam as well! Whilst reading emails, a pop up for a free trial of acai berry & life cleanse came up. I am convinced that there wasn't a tick box for the terms and conditions. As far as I am concerned it was NEVER made clear that I was subscribing to their product and that I would be charged an outrageous amount of money for a product which doesn't even work. Contacted company, on a premium number, but had little choice as no email address, and have had very little joy so far. Will continue to pursue this matter as it is a complete SCAM!!

[19/08/2009] Jenny: I also fell into this reidiculous trap . .

I ordered my 'free trial' of both products on the 7/7/09 and as i "didnt cancel in time" was charged £148.20 for them on 28/7/09 (there were never any clear instructions and certainly no terms and conditions box to tick). I was then charged £148.02 on the 13/8/09 . . People be aware that depending what date of the month you order, your will pay them, what seems like 2 or maybe three times in a month.

Alot of this happened whilst I was on holiday, but my bank contacted me numerous times and on my return I phoned them back to find this out. Im not sure how a credit card works, however my bank told me I could not stop my card and be issued with a new one as the payments would carry straight over. They also told me that they were not able to cancel the payments as it was up to the company to do this (hmmmmmmmm have they ever tried getting hold of anyone)

Anyway I constantly phoned them and initially kept getting automated emails, i then phoned and complained about this and finally seemed to be getting a person at the other end and was offered a refund for the second amount that came out. I told them i was not happy with this and i would be contacting my bank and disputing the whole amount. I have today received an email stating i will be getting a full refund and it should be in my account in 5 working days (lets see shall we).

The ironic thing to all this is i never ever received any product from them, even the 'free trial' - maybe i got a full refund based on this however it took alot of phone calls and persistence and speaking to lots of different people from their scam company. Keep trying and threaten them with allsorts. Hopefully i will have a full refund this time next week and will be making sure they can take no more money out by closing the bank account completely.

I have paid a hefty price for a so-called 'free trial' as all of us have - good luck too us all :) xxx

[28/08/2009] PAJ: I also have been a victim. I have fought hard and have received 2 x $118.63 for goods not ordered or received. I have been promised 2 x $118.63 back today by email. We can only wait and see. Credit Card company has not been really helpful. I have threatened with Legal Action particularly as they have promied to pay. This company VIV3, Trading Planet, Focus Cleanse, Vitality Clean, and whoever else they wish to call themselves can pass on your details and money can be taken out of your account. I did get a cancellation no. Ring and get this. Confirm in email to them support@viv3.com as soon as possible this cancellation number. Keep all records. Inform Credit Card. Invoice nos. etc. etc. Continue to say that you did not sign Terms and Conditions. Ask for proof from this company. Pester VIV3 with countless (and I mean countless emails) until they pay you back. Let them know that you have not received goods and you want a Services/Goods not received chargeback, both to your bank and to this company. DEMAND QUITE STRONGLY. Credit Card company should be responsible to help stop this company. I am 61 years of age and have never fallen foul of a practise like this. This has taught me a lesson to be more careful. Do not think bad of yourselves. It is such a clever SCAM. If you watch their adverts they change constantly. Must have lawyers working for them. THIS SCAM MUST BE STOPPED. I WISH I KNEW HOW. The address the person ARNAQUE has provided is correct. Do a search on the British Companyies House web site and you get their company reference no.

[07/10/2009] Jane: I have fallen for this scam as well, fortunately I paid on my Visa card and any payments that they try to take after I have issued a notice of cancellation to the company are refundable under Visa's terms and conditions. I have sent the notice of cancellation by registered post to ensure it arrives and is signed for and have also called and cancelled the order. I have called my bank and told them what I am doing so there is a paper trail. I asked them to not make payments to this company in the future but was told they can't do this, I will have another go at stopping them making these payments without my authority. I can't remember marking a terms and conditions box either.

[14/10/2009] Phil: I also fell for this scam. I have managed to get an email address and they keep saying that they have cancelled the order but I keep getting the stuff and they keep taking the money out of my account. I am desperately trying to get a refund.

The credit card companies aren't helpful saying I should contact the company. That odesnn't work so far over £250 has been taken.

Please beware of the green te scam as well, that is worse as they want you to return to some obsure address in china.

Can anyone tell me how I can get my money back

[14/10/2009] Carole Moody: This product was offered as a trial and I ordered both products which arrived. I did NOT subscribe to anything and a month later two amounts of £77.08 were taken fraudulently from my UK bank account. As I consequence I have have to report this as fraud and have my card stopped and reissued which means I have no card until two weeks time and I go on holiday in 3 days time! How fair is that!

[24/10/2009] MRS JOANNE WALLACE: I HAVE ALSO FALLEN FOR THIS SCAM AND FEEL VERY STUPID, I AM NOW £149.50 OUT OF POCKET. I HAVE EMAIL SUPPORT@VIV3.COM AND I AM CURRENTLY AWAITING A RESPONSE.

PLEASE HELP!!

[22/01/2010] Margaret: I have also been scammed by this group VIV3 to the tune of $409 and growing. Run by Just think Media. I rang them on 1800 335 305 and the girl played dumb and said there was no record of my credit card details, yeh right! I sent a letter to their West Lothian address by register mail and kept a copy for my records and hopefully my bank will take over now, they gave me the phone number.Wish me luck

Claim title: Scam

[02/08/2009] Maryann: Hi mate, because you said dollars does that mean your an aussie because i am and have had the same thing happen, i will be closing my account Tuesday as Monday is a bank holiday...go figure ..the timing...there's nothing i can do untill then..i feel soo ripped off and angry that they can just have a field day at my expense, i didn't even get the tablets within three weeks grrrrr

[04/08/2009] jo: I was ripped off too. I even cancelled my order well within the 15 day trial period...........and they still stole money from my bank account. I have cancelled credit card and started procedures through my credit company to re-coup my money. Look at all the negative comments on the internet complaint sites if you google viv3 !!!! It's disgraceful. This is a scam……there is no doubt about it.

The whole ethos of the Viv3 labs website is to reassure you that you are only paying for post and packing and this is blatant and repeated. It lulls you into a false sense of trust that this is all you are paying for.

The Terms and Conditions are not clearly visible and at no point when you make an order for the trial are you informed that by purchasing the trial, you are committing to pay for each product you receive and that this is an ongoing subscription.

You are not in the wrong – you have been conned.

You are not silly for not having read the Terms and Conditions before making the purchase.

You did not wittingly or willingly agree to pay for product.

You must make the right moves to get your money refunded.

THIS COMPANY MUST BE STOPPED. THEY ARE THEIVES. THEY ARE STILL ADVERTISING ON THE INTERNET TODAY !!!

[12/08/2009] Sam: Hi

I was scammed too, but i was having none of it as there was no box asking me to tick to accept T&C, i called them on the toll free number and spoke to a lady who cancelled my account ( i was charged over £200+), the lady said that there was no supervisor available as i asked for my money back but she would escalate the matter and that i would get an email.
I received an email with them saying that its my fault and that there was T&C on the website and that you did not cancel so therefore they can not refund me.
I replied back saying that you are ripping off honest hard working people of their money and that i demand a refund i only agreed to pay P&P which was £3.95 and thats all it was only meant to be a trial. i threatened to leave bad feedback on several sites and also to contact my bank to start a claim to receive my money back.
They replied back saying that i did have the T&C and thats its my own fault but they do not like to get into fights with their customer and agreed to give my back only 1 payment back, i emailed back saying that you have taken 2 payments and to please confirm that i will receive all my refund and they replied back agreeing to do so, i have received back my money from this stupid company and will neva use them eva again.

Message to all of you out there, do not stop emailing them and even if it is an autometed message just keep replying back demanding a refund they will eventually give in, also ring you bank to inform them and they will threaten the company to take them to court.

the toll free number is 08082389891
and email support@viv3.com

[13/08/2009] cripps: I ordered this rubbish from viv3lab ltd for the usual £3.95, now a company called trading planet is ripping off my bank account. When we got through on the phone to cancell the person on the other end tried to tell us we had the wrong number, this is out & out fraud and steps are being taken to rectify this situation, look out viv3labs ltd, I'm comeing after you !!!

[31/07/2009] james alan: Can only say that everything said previously applies. This company make there money from what is a thinly disguised legal con trick. Do not give this company any details about yourself-looks like once the 30days pass, when refunds are not available from them, and your statments show just how much you have been charged so at this point you cant cancel-are left £75-£150 pounds out of pocket.Only and a packet of pills which you could have purchased for a few pounds to show for it. BEWARE . (ps All the pills did was induce constipation-so much for clensing the colon-Just fills you up with the stuff this company is full of)James

Claim title: viv3lab Ltd - Unauthorised debit from my bank account

[09/08/2009] Giusi Verini: You are right, I don't remeber seeing these T & C anywhere during the order, and consider that I'm italian and allthough I know good English I was reading evrey single word.
Also when they say 15 days trial: this trial when does it start? From the order date? That's absurd. For Intetrnational orders it takes at least 3 days do deliver the package, but they charged me 83,37€ after 15 days on the dot of my free trial purchace: from the 8th July 2009(ship date) they took the unpermitted charge the 23rd July! 15 days on the dot! Incredible!

[13/08/2009] CC: I only started getting suspicious when I saw on my internet banking the unauthorised charges to my visa. I phoned Viv3 (UK)to cancel both Acaiberry and Lifecleanse and complained why they sent me two more bottles and charged my visa AUD$152 x2 and AUD$139 x 2. He gave me reference numbers for the cancellation. I said I did not want the two new bottles they've sent me and would like to return it back to get a refund. He said "You can do whatever you please, Madam, but you have paid for the products already" I said "You mean I cannot get a refund?" He said "Goodbye Madam" and hang up. Today I went to my bank to cancel my card. My story is just like everyone else's. Viv3 operates on a patterned scam. And if Viv3 can get away with ripping off one person for $600 and risk losing the business, they would for the money. Think how many hundreds of people fall to their scam. They're $600 richer for each one. If I knew then what I know now, I would give Viv3 a taste of their own medicine. I will order for the free bottles and they can charge for the postage then after a week I will ring them to cancel my account, offer to return the products and go to the bank to cancel my visa. This should send them broke. It's one big lesson learned. Never again

[09/09/2009] Julie hamilton: I've just had the same thing happen to me, £150 taken from my credit card after I ordered the "free 15 day trial" . They are rip off merchants and I wish there was some legislation to stop these companies getting away with daylight robbery, they hide behind the "terms and conditions" which they don't even make clear, and the whole thing is a scam. I'm disgusted that they are allowed to operate like this. Puts me off ordering anything online. I'm furious!!!

[14/08/2009] Pauline Julian: Hi I also was charged £148.50 for items I did not receive. I confirmed with this company that I did not sign any Terms or Condtions. I have also pestered them to return my money. This have offered me half as they do not want a legal dispute. I have replied that I want the whole amount back as I did not authorise them to take this amount from me. I have taken the matter up with the Legal Department of my Credit Card and they have already researched and found hundreds of you who have been "scammed". I believe their address is the address in Scotland that is on the bottles. Do a check on Companies House and you will find the same address and their company no. If many pester them then I am sure they will not like it. I have learnt a lesson and will never do something like it again. I have bought from the Internet so many times and found it to be safe. They must be raking the money in from all us who have trusted that their site was OK. Address below. Keep emaling, every few minutes if you have to. Ring and get a cancellation referene. Take it up with your Credit Card Company. Keep all correspondence. Did you sign Terms and Conditions. They will say you did. Continue to say you did not. Let me know how you get on.

Claim title: Acai Berry detox scam

[15/08/2009] cailin_ni_giolla: I sent away for a free trial of acai berry detox and also coloncleanse and i did recieve both in bad condition, both containers had broken seals on them and i got charged a total of 14 euro on the 21st and 22nd of july 2009 and i have recieved a a charge of 84.83 from (FOCUSCLEANSE 'FOCUSCLEANSE 3618088234 , 118.63 USD 84.83) and also 42.28 euro from Nuteritionalsupp ('NUTRITIONALSUPP 888-433-4416 , 58.71 USD 42.28) and i have never heard of either of these. This is a total of 127.11 euro i have been charged. This is very worring as i have canceled my order from acaislim and they have informed me that they have never heard of either of these two sellers. I intend to get to the bottom of this, and also get a full refund and also warn others of the kind of scam that these companies are running.

[18/08/2009] Elizabeth: Thank you everyone for sharing this!
I ordered it and then found all these comments.
I am so glad I did!
I cancelled my card right away and have a new one...I was charged the $3.79 but they won't be able to charge anymore.

I hope you can all get your refunds!!!!
Thanks again for looking out for others!

Claim title: Unauthorized transaction of money from my credit card

[14/08/2009] Louise: I saw them advertising on facebook too--only they said they would be billing under the name Trading Planet Ltd--this is just more evidence of the fraudsters they are--they just keep changing their name--I can't understand why the police have not done anything yet!!

Claim title: Refund/fraudulent activity

[12/08/2009] Pip Norman: It's frightening to see how many of us have all been victim to this scam. We tried emailing and calling and got fobbed off with the 'terms and conditions' garbage that the guy on the end of the phone obviously had been told to say despite our protests. We were told that the only way we could email them was to wait for our complaint to be escalated to the debits department and we could then reply which we did. No bloody point because all we got back was an email spouting the 'terms and conditions'. I saw the advert on eBay and I see that someone else on here has mentioned Facebook but when we challenged them about this they said that they only sold the items on their official website. They have illegally debited my husband's credit card (not mine) as he only authorised the postage costs, not the item costs. It's easy to think that we should just let this drop and find the money to clear the transaction but it makes me too angry and I'm going to keep trying to get his money back.

Claim title: Pure Lift

[14/08/2009] Louise: This is the same company that scammed me. They also go by Trading Planet Ltd or Vitality clean--they constantly change their name so that when they bill you--its harder to catch on to their scam. I suspect that "pure lift" and Trading planet ltd are the same fraudulent business. I only found out that they go by viv3lab ltd when I called their number and got the recording to visit www.viv3.com. good luck!!

Claim title: Viv3Labs rip-off.

[14/08/2009] Louise: Read more of the complaints about this company if you haven't already. People have had the capsules checked out in independent labs only to discover they are mostly caffeine with traces of what they say are in them. Some complaints say they are made in China so I doubt they are even remotely safe to take. My question to this consumer platform is "How many complaints do you need to get before the authorities get involved to shut this operation down??' When I googled last night about the company it showed 15 000 000 hits--they are making at the very least millions if not more. So Canyoutrustthem.com--what is your next move to help the public??

Claim title: Robbers at work

[07/10/2009] amanda-jayne: Hello there, I am in the same boat after sending for the free sample of Acai berry and lifecleanse from the facebook site.
My order was processed ok and two payments for £3.69 were taken, then the "pills" arrived three weeks later.
They didn't work so I forgot all about it.
Then I received three more bottles of Acai berry !
When my bank account statement arrived I noticed four amounts of £82.95 had been taken from my account two weeks apart, I rang my bank (Alliance and Leicester)who told me they couldn't do anything for me, not even by cancelling my card would it do any good, as my order came from America this was legal!
they could take money from my account. I didn't read the terms and conditions but I am sure they are wrong. I tried phoning the number 08082389891, but it rang and rang till it cut me off, I rang back again it did the same.
I tried emailing the company but the emails bounced back.
I have tried writing to Watchdog in the UK but they are really busy so cannot include this item seems they didn't quite get enough money from us mugs this time round.
All I can say is I will never try anything free again, there is always a catch.
I no longer go onto the facebook site, and would like to ask if anyone else out there can help me nail these robbers, someone out there knows who they are, I just hope they can sleep at night knowing they are ripping people off!!

[13/10/2009] jan: I sympathise. I experienced a similar problem with a company called 'Melaleuca'. Lloyds was completely unhelpful and said there was absolutely nothing I could do to stop payments being taken from my account, as I had given Melaleuca my payment details. Although I had cancelled my order in writing, Melaleuca denied receiving my correspondence and continued to debit my account. Lloyds said that, even were I to cancel my card, it wouldn't make any difference.

[29/01/2010] gerry irvine: My son has has suffered the same (he;s 15) got much the same info from bank as you-I would suggest that you tell bank the either halt any future payments or you will cancel your account (this costs the branches money) and they dont like that-seemingly cancelling your card is not suffice, they can still withdraw funds.(they banks dont even know how they do it, but they do!!!) The only way to stop if for good is cancelling the account, not the cards

[09/02/2010] Jim Frank: Hi

It would be interesting if indeed the products were tested and found to be fraudulent (placebo) as indicated in your above statement, then consumers would have even more grounds for bringing these guys to justice as its been over 8 months and they are still in operation.

Claim title: Viv3 Ltd. owes me $264.70 Canadian

[07/10/2009] Teara: Like many of you, I also ordered the free samples of Acai Berry Detox and Life Cleanse for which I agreed to pay the shipping charges.

A couple of weeks later, on September 28/09, I also noticed a charge of $133.98 CAD by VIV3 Ltd. on my Mastercard. I am not interested in ordering any further supplies from this company. And if I were to receive further "shipments", I would immediately forward it back to this "company".

I accessed the original website again - from where samples orders were placed, but I cannot locate any contact information for VIV3 Ltd.

Has anyone been fortunate or skillful enough to track this company down?

If so, please help!!! as I would like to attempt to retrieve the funds charged to my account.

[18/09/2009] S M Stevens: I had the free sample. When I printed off the Invoice I noticed there was not a delivery address on it. I rang the number on the Invoice. The telephoneist siad the address was on the Invoice and thgat a fee of 79.99 pound would be taken on the following month. I said that was an out rages price and did not want to pay it. To date I have not had a debit from my account. I was hoping to order move and search on the company and found all these complaints. Glad I did.

[08/09/2009] Graham Hilton: I too have been ripped off by this "company" I ordered the trial and then found later I had been charged £74.. on my credit card, phoned Virgin Mastercard who told me they had lots of complaints about this company but were unable to do anything about it.
I phoned to cancel and was given a cancellation number which I relayed to Virgin MC. At the time of cancellation I made a point of saying that as I had been charged £74.00 I should in fact be receiving the goods? I was told "yes more than likely" Nothing arrived in the post and after phoning again today I was told I would not be receiving anything as I had cancelled...After phoning Virgin MC again they said there was nothing they could do when in fact I was told by them to get in touch if the goods did not turn up...so where do I go from here?
Regards
Graham Hilton

[18/09/2009] sophie: The exact same has happened to me as it has to graham - i'm livid!

[28/09/2009] Pip: I have spoken with my bank again and they have put a dispute against all the amounts that have attempted to be taken from my account. He has assured me that since I have a cancellation number, proof of postage on a letter I have sent to the company and a log of the call I made to cancel all within the 15 days that the credit card would not issue payment to them as I have done what was requested within the terms and conditions. Any payments would now be classed as unauthorised and not be honoured. I think it helped I paid on a credit card and am covered by the consumer act with my card. These people are absolute scum. I have spent the day so upset...mainly due to my own stupidity. I totally accept this is partly my fault for being a little naieve but I am afraid I did believe in humanity....I don't now. I can fully empathies with everyone who has this to deal with. It really is horrible. I just hope it is now going to be sorted. I have learnt a very valuable lesson..TRUST NO ONE!

[08/10/2009] Angela Gunn: I too have fallen foul.Everything you have written is the same as myself however I am still waiting for my email.

viv3lab ltd and HealthScience and Trading Planet are all the same

I have reported them to https://secure.consumerdirect.gov.uk/reportascamsuccess.aspx

What do you think if we report them to BBC Watchdog? I am sad and upset because of my own stupidity however these scams need to be highlighted nd stopped.

[22/10/2009] jodie edwards: the exact thing has happened to me they have took over£300 in one month.im livid

[02/11/2009] Debbie - Australia: Exactly the same has happened to me - i have posted back shipments that i received but have been charged for additional stuff as well!!! They seem to be charging my card every couple of weeks!! I'm down over $700.

[06/11/2009] Tammy Gill: I too am very angry about the scam that Viv3 labs has pulled. I did the same as the rest of you did. They have charged to my credit card over $400.00 Canadian.
I want to see all of that money refunded, they had not right to take it in the first place. Mine was marked as Livelong, YouthHealth, and CTT.

[20/11/2009] capri: Yes, Yes, Yes... same story as above!!! What horrible people! Like you all, normal humans trust and i certainly saw a great product that could help me to loose the after birth flab! Absolutly gutted! Has anyone actually tried the product? Does it work or is it just filled with filler? I would feel better if i actually got something out of it in the end if i couldnt get my $500 odd dollars refunded! If it truly was acai berry and did what it said, i would accept that i was stupid and paid a riddiculous amount of money for it, and be done with it! So long as there were no more charges on my card that is! Is it best to have card cancelled? the last charge i had was sept, its now Nov 21?

[20/11/2009] Hailey: Oh gosh! i think im involved with this- i have phoned the company to cancel the order as something just felt dodgy soon afterwards! and they keep saying i have to wait for an email which will arrive in 3-5 days to cancel my order- it all just seems strange which is why i looked on this website! i wish i had knew sooner- im going to refuse delivery of the goods (if they turn up) and have already spoken to my bank to have the transactions stopped by my bank- they have advised to callback next week if the transaction appears on my statement- as soon as they know which company it is they will place a bar!(at the moment the payment is frozen) they are saying! what an awful scam! thanks for all the advice on this website to help- i also got names and addresses of the key people at the company on this site http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/viv3-lab-c240236.html

So hopefully this will help further- if no emails received from this company in 3 days i will be lodging a complaint with this site for a claim back.

[11/01/2010] Jacqui Horler: I like everyone else got caught with this scam! I received the email offering 'Free' sample of Resveatrol, just pay P&P with credit card details. Low and behold a couple of weeks later £77.00 taken from my bank account! What can we do about this company - How do we contact and if there is there anyway we can get our money back. I think these people need 'Hanging' we all work very hard for our cash! Any advise of information from anyone on how or if they have managed to contact and have they managed to get any cash back.

[26/01/2010] Laura: yup, they seem to keep changing packaging, addresses, phone numbers, brand names etc. I reported mine to my local authorities crime reference EA/3512492/10 so perhaps we could all club together and cross reference our crime numbers so that the police and fraud investigations unit starts taking this seriously? its obviously a global scam. The "terms and conditions" make no sense and if they were ligitimet then whats the need for several sites, addresses, productnames and contact numbers? as stupid as you feel you should report it otherwise they will just continue to operate. Also report them to trading standards. My ref for that is SE2641367 so feel free to cross reference.

[07/02/2010] darlene: Itoo was scammed by acai berry and life cleanse,i have now been reimbursed by my credit card company,by filling out a fraud claim form,These people should be stopped ripping off unsuspecting members of the public-it is scandalous !!

Claim title: Viv3 unauthorised creditcardbilling

[03/09/2009] Lisseth: hello, I placed my order the acai berry by internet free samples and the truth still gets me the product and ask for the day 17 / 8 and so far nothing and you pay the shipping fee to me in credit card, just please help me as I can I contact this company PLANET TRADINDG to know what is the problem of shipping living in Lima Peru and go like 2 weeks have passed and talk to your call center to receive a text message but say that delay but I doubt it so well that someone can help me. thank you very much.

[04/11/2009] Andrea: Phone customer services and make sure you cancel your subscription with them and let them know you do not want any further payments deducted or product sent. Send your stories to as many organisations that can bring this to the attention of others as possible. Watchdog, Newspapers, Saga, Which, networking sites.
Tell your bank if you have not received any product or invoice for the payments within 30 days of payments being deducted - they may be able to apply for a sale reversal. Let them know if a different company than the one you entered into an agreement with deducted money from your account.

Claim title: O\'KANE

[09/09/2009] Liz Ryan: Hello, you say you cancelled your credit card which is just a terrible thing to have to do to stop this company from getting anymore money from you. I have been conned too but in case you dont know, if you get a new credit card do you know that they have authority to take the DD from that account. My bank Permanent TSB were just fantastic to me and cancelled the Direct Debit to Viv3. They were under no obligation to do this for me but I was so distraught they helped me out in any event. I asked my bank could I close my visa and get a new card and they advised me that it would make no difference whatsoever as they would come after my new card for further direct debits. So just to let you know I have a watching block on my visa at the moment and I'm so afraid to have it taken off just in case they get more money from me. They must think we are in the business of giving away our hard earned cash for nothing. I have cancelled my subscription with them but I'm still taking no chances. I wish you the best of luck.
