Claim title: Vitality Clean 442031399067

[12/08/2009] MC: I have the same problem. Requested a product for cost of postage only, didn't receive the goods...SURPRISE, SURPRISE and now there is another charge for $146.15 UNDER VIALITYCLEAN 442031399067 CYP.....DO NOT DO ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY WHO EVER THEY ARE AS IT'S A RIP OFF!!!! I currently have the bank investigating this!!!!!! BE WARNED. Someone needs to put a stop to these people!!!!!


[17/09/2009] M.A.C.: I received the sample as requested, but no other paperwork. The next thing I know I have an item on my credit card statement charging me £74.03 for what, I have no idea. A scam!!! They should be stopped!! I have contacted my credit card company about this and they seemed to know all about this company.

Claim title: Unauthorised debit

[19/08/2009] Denise: This Company is very clever, it calls its products by different names, often what you order and what appear on the delivery note and what appears in your bank / credit card statement is slightly different. Contact them is also designed to confuse, when you finally get through to the cancellation number is says it cannot find your order number, or the order number you have is not correct. I have even managed to cancel future orders and received a cancellation number only to have them continue deducting from my account. The trouble is that in their terms and conditions (which people are not directed to on-line, you have to go find them), the fact that you commit to an on-going order, as soon as the 15 day trial period has past is clearly stated. However this is very clearly a fraud / scam designed to procure monies by advertising a free trial, without directing people to the terms and conditions. This is so huge (international), yet still they are able to continue trading - why have they not been shut down? How many more people must be caught out like this?


[31/08/2009] Annie: I paid for postage for a free trial of ACAI BERRY I paid for the postage with my visa then received another bottle in the mail when I checked my visa there was 79 pounds + 3.95 pounds shipping and handling missing out of my visa one week later. I was forced to cancel my visa BEWARE do not use your visa to pay postage for a free trial. This company took the liberty of withdrawing my hard earned cash without my permission.To add insult to injury there is no contact number or email to follow it up with the Invoice/receipt has the address Health Science? P.O. Box 13511 EH497YH, United Kingdom

[14/08/2009] Louise: I was told billing would be in the name of "Trading Planet Ltd" but what it showed up as was "Vitality Clean"--the same name you were dealing with. When I saw the exact phone number I called to cancel with the name Vitality clean on your complaint--it left no doubt for me that we were defrauded from the same company--you note that they are in Jackson--yet the number is a U.K. number. This is obviously a world wide scam--what are authorities doing?? Perhaps a T.V network needs to step in and escalate justice.


[14/08/2009] Louise: Slight correction to above note the phone number you have--the last three digits is 067----number I called last 3 digits were 027--all the other numbers are the same--really only one number off--still a U.K number--maybe someone like OPRAH needs to blow the whistle on these jerks--her promoting the benefits of Acai is what appartently got these scammers started.


[21/08/2009] marissa: gehh i was surprised to see the company you are involved in and the the claim title, exactly the same as mine, first the charged me for P&H worth of 7.29aud the the following month which is not even a month yet they charge me again of 143.02aud what a scam really...!For those people out there dont u dear getting this product again because they are fraud...........please make any comment...i would like someone from the viv3/vitalityclean to come forward & explain?

[19/08/2009] Chris -Tenerife: They have also taken 2 months supply from me,although they have changed their company name for the second lot,which I did not authorise them to do (under another name)I am now waiting to see what my credit card supplier is going to do.


[24/08/2009] Tracey Banting: This company have done the same to me. They have taken two lots of £74 and two lots of £82 from my bank account within only a few weeks (from free trial on 6th July to 14th August. My bank have been fantastic, and are claiming it back via Visa as unauthorised transactions. Had I paid by debit rather than credit card I would have had no way to claim. I have tried to get a sensible response from the company on the phone. They refuse to 'escalate' the claim up. Then, 72 hrs later they send an email which says very little, with no mention of a refund. Are we going to join together and pressurise these people? Tracey

[24/09/2009] Josephine: GHS HEALTH STORE PANAMA !!!!!! Beware of this company! They scam people, left and right, and try getting away with it. Using Paypal, and visa. Banks suck when asked to stop them as well.

I have lost faith in health stores, and Banks...they don`t help much. Am concerdering with drawing all I have from Bank, since they keep giving money, from account. People lets band togther and stop these creeps...( I have cancer, and thought they were honest of claim of vit helping me... so very very upset,

Have tried to get my money back by emailing, calling & writing several times but without success. Would love to get together with others if theres anything we can do together


[04/11/2009] Andrea: Phone customer services and make sure you cancel your subscription with them and let them know you do not want any further payments deducted or product sent. Send your stories to as many organisations that can bring this to the attention of others as possible. Watchdog, Newspapers, Saga, Which, networking sites.
Tell your bank if you have not received any product or invoice for the payments within 30 days of payments being deducted - they may be able to apply for a sale reversal. Let them know if a different company than the one you entered into an agreement with deducted money from your account.

[12/10/2009] Shaun: I too got scammed by these low lifes for 3 transactions amounting to £230.00. Contacted fraud dept. of TSB. they gave me 2 numbers to ring to cancel my so called subscription. 02031399067 02033938389. I got through to an opperator on the second number and cancelled my subscription and made sure i got a cancellation no. Was told i would receive an e mail regarding refund which i am waiting for. These people want lynching.

Claim title: Acai berry scam

[25/09/2009] Chris: Something similar happened to me. I ordered the product and found out from a friend of the charges. I was able to cancel the order within, the small fine print, deadline before charges were made to my account. This company is a rip off. They hope you don't read the fine print and/or forget about cancelling the order after the trial--this is how the company makes their money!
