Claim title: 3 x stolen birthday cards for 8yr old son

[14/03/2010] Bruce Kain: Sadly this is all too common with this bunch of thieving magpies, obviously money should not be sent but, it's no excuse, the RM sorters know that if they get pretty coloured envelopes they contain cards, and as such probably contain money or gift vouchers, write to Adam Crozier CEO at RM

adam.crozier@royalmail.com or alex.j.murrie@royalmail.com title your e-mail URGENT

Claim title: Stolen mail

[24/05/2009] SMALL CLAIMS - royal mail - WWW.SMALLCLAIMS.UK.COM & CYTT ARE NOW WORKING TOGETHER ON CONSUMER COMPLAINTS:

Thank you for posting your complaint on CYTT. As part of our commitment to help individuals I have posted the following reply

SMALL CLAIMS says

It seems we have a problem at the sorting office at Harlow Post Office. It could even be that these items reported stolen are being stolen en route to Harlow.

I hope you chose to insure these items.

I would suggest you contact Royal Mail head Office.

If you would like further help, contact me through my website www.smallclaims.uk.com and quote CYTT 2986

If you have found this information helpful, and to show your appreciation, perhaps you would like to post a comment on our SETTLEMENTS page as we have now taken an interest in your case.

Regards
Tony
