Claim title: Non Existant Bookings

[10/09/2009] Fake Posting: This posting is fake.
No one is so stupid to pay money to an anonymous caller insisting on a cash only payment.
How can you take matters further if you are not prepared to reveal yourself?
You're a total dumb arse.
Go get a job at McDonalds, as it is clearly evident you do not have the brains to enter the adult industry.

[18/09/2009] eliza: How do you know it's a fake posting as the same thing happened to me I paid them a fee and was told I had a booking then the morning of the booking I received a phonecall to say that the client was ill and therefore the booking has been cancelled.

[18/09/2009] Ash: I was also so stupid, desperate for the money had to draw £195 out of the bank to pay up front. A message to you all, no matter how convincing it may sound it's all a load of bollocks and quite frankly I wish the person I spoke to ends up dead. Delightful Stars supposedly based in Islington London, all the info I was given is the same as above. I just wished I had seen it before hand, I said to this so called Becky O-Neil if it is a con how you people can sleep at night earning a living from ripping people off who are short of money or hav a descent job. I was told a woman by the name of Denise 32yrs old interior designer from Birmingham, was gonna meet me tonight. This morning I had a call at 9:00am exactly telling me it had been postponed, I hav saved my receipts from Barclays bank which I will be seeing tomorrow. The recorded conversation I did and other information I hav and will be discussing with the trading standards. From there telephone number it must be possible to get a trace on it.

[19/09/2009] eliza: Ash are you on the last page of the gallery as it seems that they are adding more people to it each day. I was told today that my booking was postponed and will happen when the lady is feeling better. I agree with you though as they seem to just give excuse after excuse.

[19/09/2009] kelsey: all the same has happened to me , the famous becky again !

[19/09/2009] Nikki: My partner has had the same happen to him what a load of con this is. All we do is try and earn some extra income to help with the family as we have a 2 year old and a 7 months old we both also work but wanted a bit more. These people just take advantage of people like us it really winds me up. They have no decent bone in their body

[23/09/2009] steve: hi to you all, at the end of the day it sounded good at the time and we all took the bate! i have been signed up for around 3 weeks and was promised a lady by the name of ELLY,she was a swedish make up artist and visits my area 4 times a year, sounded promising and like a fool i drew £265 out and paid it into an account, the tuesday after i was ment to be meeting ELLY,however the tuesday morning at around half 9 i was informed that she could not make it due to delaying her visit to the country, i thought it was dodgy then but now me and a mate have done some research and am now convinced that its a MASSIVE SCAM! my advice to all of you is to contact the police asap or they mite close the delightful stars website down and start up again as another name, who ever they are very convincing and professional at what they are doing.

[20/09/2009] nikki: Yeah this happened to my partner is has to be a con. I have spoken to Ellie and she said this sometimes happens but I nowe know of 5 people this has happened to including my partner. This makes my blood boil knowing they are taking money off innocent people and making a load of money from us. we were doing this to make life a little easier for our 2 children one who is 2 and the other 7 months. they bascially have stolen money from our children.

[20/09/2009] Sean: WARNING....DELIGHTFUL STARS>> This company is obtaining money by deception. That would seem even more conclusive to me,now i have read other good peoples acounts, who have little money in this reccession and have gone to stars because they perceived them as slick and professional looking.I handed over 260.00 and was victim to the same scam where they say they have a client waiting and they just need you to hand over the joining fee.I feel very stupid and nieve and had a feeling that this company was acting illegaly.they will say they are running a legitimate business, however infact what they are doing is using a systematic creative money extraction method, much like all con artists do,of confidence.they are professional confidence trixsters...PLEASE BE WARNED ABD DO<NT END UP SKINT and feeling an idiot like myself.I have contacted watch dog and they i,m sure will investigate this veru bad company who are lieing about having clients ready on the phone to extract the initial fee.they cannot and do,nt confirm concreatly a real client, real being the crusual word, because they do,nt have real clients and are making the garbage up on the phone ,using very nice friendly seductive tellephone con artists to assure joiners. So the con is,nt in the agreement,it,s in the grey area of unrecorded, therfore deceptive them and us telephone conversations.THEY ARE PREYING ON INCONFIDENT and hard up people, ordinary people like you and me who are struggling through this reccession.CLOSE THEM DOWN NOW...they do not want to give my money back and will not answer calls or emails...the bank details to which the illegal monies are being transfered to are in the good ladies letter above.....You will see this company on tv shortly and i will pursue them hard and bad to get my refund...WATCH OUIT STARS<I<M AFTER YOU<YOUR BASD PEOPLE,and wait for a knock at the door...

[20/09/2009] sean: It is discusting what this company is ding and they are systematicly conning folk...shut them down and give back my dam money

[21/09/2009] Nikki: Sean are you on the last page of the gallery based in Plymouth as my husband is on the last page also from Plymouth. Who were you dealing with our agent was Daisy and you can never get hold of her once she got your money.

[22/09/2009] sean: Nikki,
I am from torquay.this company is using the same scam with evry one nikki. It makes me so angry.we do,nt stand a cat in hells chance of getting the money back, not unless watch dog want to get hold of them and i do,nt think they are interested,as i have contacted them..the fraud is in the con and verbal assurence deception.the girls being used to sweet talk new clients..They actualy do,nt have clients and are making that bit up...thats defo fraud and hopeful trading standards and the police will pick up on them...They are hiding behind their terms as if that makes evrything alright....it,s systamatic confidence trickster fraud FULL STOP>>>>>WE NEED TO PULL TOGETHER ON THIS COMPANY NIKKI.....I want all the people who ahve been conned to contact watch dog ...Pass it on darling!!!

[23/09/2009] steve: hi folks, im on one of the last pages from wales, i think i have been done too! i am fuming and would like to see these people pay dearly!

[24/09/2009] Sarah: I have experienced exactly the same! i threated to contact the police which i feel i should do due to the amount of people that have been victims of this scam! it is disgusting! I am also considering reporting it to a magazine to print this story as i believe there is no shame in what has happened and what we have done. just trying to make more money to live a little easier and false advertisement is just the beginnings of fault with this company.
please if anyone wants to chat to me about their experience and what they are thinking is the best way to tackle this unfortunate experience please contact me on sazoc17@hotmail.co.uk as I know I could do with speaking to someone who has gone through this!
I am fumming and have no idea how else to get my money back.

[25/09/2009] Nikki: Hi Sarah I really don't think we will get our money back butI have been intouch with watchdog and consumer direct but not heard anything back yet. I am constantly ringing delightful but get the same excuses each time they are pushing our profile, on the high priority list. I can never speak to our agent Daisy she is always out of the office.

[22/09/2009] Nikki : Well I have just sent an very long email to watchdognaming ane shaming all the people I have dealt with at the not so delightful stars. I do hope they get what they deserve.

Claim title: social companion registration/advertising fee

[24/09/2009] steve: hi sandie and nikki, i spoke to a lady today called daisy posing as o mate of mine who does this, they were very defensive when i asked them if they were legitament, neway i rung them again posing as myself and asked them if they had changed my details to see if it would influence more people looking at my profile, neway i knew they had changed it but asked ELLY if she could check my profile and get bk to me, within 10 minuites ELLY got back to me and said that it had been changed so when they want to they can, however i asked to speak to shelby and apparently she was out and about interviewing other clients, are we all sure that this is fraud, we need to be 100% im steve from wales and have had no bookings, you will find me on one of the last pages on the last row.

[21/09/2009] nikki: To be honest you probably wont get nowhere with them as we have been speaking to them everyday since Friday and been given lame excuse time and time again saing this is very unusual but how is that the case with so many of us saying the same thing on this site. We have been speaking to Ellie who does the switchboard at delightfuls and she has every excuse possible just waiting. Trying to get hold of our agent Daisy is proving difficult too we have emailed her and she just ignores them. I have filed a complaint to watchdog and consumer direct and I will be going to the police unless they can get us a booking which goeas ahead but I am not holding my breath.

[22/09/2009] sandie : so then guys......what are we gonna do collectively to sort them out and try to get our precious money back????

[22/09/2009] Nikki: Sandie I take it your booking was cancelled to after you paid them and now you try to ring them they give you stupid excuses that our agent is unavailable or that you are on the prioristed list if any cancellation comes in and it's in you r area etc. I have tried ringing since last Friday and keep getting fobbed off. I have now emailed watchdog and forward a complaint along with this website address and mentioned all of the complaints delightful stars have had from other people.

[23/09/2009] steve: hi al i have been scammed i think, i payed then they cancelled my so called booking because the client had to cancel her visit to the u.k, i feel a mug but this is the first annd the last time it will happen to me, we should all do something about it, to be honest i cannot see us getting our money bk!

[24/09/2009] sandie: Hi there again, I think getting money back may be a long shot! It's made me feel violated! If you look on sw5.info - you will see a lot more people who have been conned by so many of these sites - all under different names, but probably the same operators! I even got a call from 'Companion Fever' today and when I said that I didn't want to be scammed again by yet another fraudster, they still made out that it wasn't true of them - blatant lies! Anyway, if you look on the comments on that site, you will find a few people who are trying to do something about it - they've got their email addresses up on there. One of them is adamlewis181@aol.co.uk who is trying to collect stories together to make a bigger impact. We can't let this go on! So many people are being robbed and it's just not fair! They sound so convincing, genuine and friendly and absolutely persuasive that they are not conning you, when then blatantly are!

[24/09/2009] Nikki: I am all for getting this stopped I have already complained to both consumer direct and watchdog not heard back from either so who knows. What drives me mad is that when you speak to them they tell you that your booking is not cancelled it is postponed if that the case then how come none of us has had another booking. Also why do we need to pay £265 upfront they should take that from the first booking we have. I have spoken to 6 different people there now and I keep going round in circles. The lastest person I spoke to is suppose to be one of the general managers.

[29/09/2009] sandie: So, I contacted Trading Standards, who phoned me back. They say there is nothing they can do about it themselves, although all complaints they get go to the Office of Fair Trading, who may or may not investigate it. He sympathised, but said, as I had already intimated, that even if they get closed down, they will only start up again using another name! He advised that people collectively bombard Watchdog with their stories and hopefully it will make an impact and perhaps they may do something about it.... However, we all know that Watchdog will only show a good story on TV - after all - it is a programme and all about ratings! No chance of getting any money back though! He also suggested I type into Google 'home working scams' and see all the ones that come up in operation! Apparently there are loads! Not that that helps us in any way though! Cheers and hope everyone is doing ok despite all this bollox!? Sandie

[03/10/2009] sean: My poor dear friends in the delightful stars scam club....we have all been conned...LETS HEAR IT! for SALLY,a lovely dark lady beneath the familier smooth polished personality, but she,ll take your money..OHYEA.Lets hear it for the other actors at delightful...NO SHAME>>>>Society is turning on itself, people hurting each other who once were neihbers and you cannot even trust nice people on the phone any more.....THese people are the most dispicable on the planet and i want you all to go out there and shout the BAD in delightful,BRING THEM TO recognise shame. They steal our money and lie. I feel sick as a dog at losing so much money and i know these people are not human....ALL WE CAN DO IS CURSE THEIR SOULS and hope for justice...YOUwith me...my poor friends..

[13/10/2009] sandie: hey zena - rest assured that we are all victims of these bastards! I understand your concerns though! I take it you have been done over by them as well? It makes you feel sick doesnt it?!!!

[15/10/2009] sandie: hi zena,

what are you intending to do then? cheers, Sandie

[04/11/2009] joanna hardern: I feel so stupid. Every one of the complaints about this company rings true with my experience. "daisy" spent days phoning, chatting, finding me bookings for the next day, so i got the £195 together and ran to the bank to pay it in, despite my suspicions. My thought process was that if only one social booking came of this then atleast i wouldn't have lost out on the money. I had my phone on me all that day and called and called but apparently my booking called, and i didn''t answer so made a bookign elsewhere. I was calling to check this all day with the company but was fobbed off and left standing waiting, until finally i found out it had been cancelled. I called, emailed, and was continuously fobbed off with 'you are on a priority list' but to no avail. now they won't answer my emails and calls. daisy was once again mysteriously out of the office every time i called. I have asked for a refund but always fobbed off, I feel really really stupid, to think what i could have done with the money that i borrowed for this. What can we do. I have all the bank details and receipt of my transaction still.

[06/11/2009] sandie: Hi Joanna,
Can you tell me how i managed to get your messages sent to my personal email address 3 times?
Sorry to hear you got conned too! Bastards! It had gone a bit quiet on here and I was hoping that they had disappeared, but they're obviously still up to their despicable tricks!!
cheers, Sandie

[22/12/2009] SEAN PROPER DONE: Please listen!!!! DON<T go any where near that delightful sight...They are like spiders waiting to pounce on innocent idiots like my self...I notice they have not got a page full in weeks over seven from when i joined..I will tell you how bent i think they are and how evil...IVE taken my face of the damm sight,as i,m ashamed to know them or have connection with people who scam and steal recession beat buggers like you and me...PLEASE PLEASE dont be stupid and give these worms your money...IM sure they are having a damm nice xmas and i am down 250.00 squid which i could of brought nice things with for my two adrable neices and my mumma,oh and some toys for myself....Theres nothing delightful about lies decception and stealing is their rosy and caron....God help you phone con artists when god s on the other side of the dammm phone......arrrrhhhhhhh

[22/12/2009] sean....: You,ll see my name but ive taken my profile off as these people are criminals and stea;l money from nieve innocents...they have no shame....it discusts me.....rot in helll....ive lost 250.00 to these nasty #hits

[27/04/2010] Sarina: I was conned by Companionwork.com who I gather are the same as Companion fever nto sure if they have other businesses also. Please let me know on this site if you would be prepared to give a statement if any of you have been conned by same people as I would like to see if I could take this further to get our money back.

Thanks

All people with complaints about these people must contact Islington Police station and make a complaint. Tell them what happened. I am getting a list together of all people who have been scammed by these bastards and will send statements to all to sign so we can deal with them together.

ALso go on Sitejabber and give details on there also.

Thanks

Claim title: delightful con

[22/09/2009] Nikki: I think we should all put complaints to watchdog and get them to investigate this so call legitimate business as they are stealing money from all us innocent people who are only trying to earn some extra income to get buy. We were doing it to provide a bit more for our 2 children one who is 2 years and the 7 months. Delightful stars have taken food off my children table as they made it sound so good we gave them the last of our money. Thanks

[23/09/2009] sandie: Guys - take a look at SW5.info - there's literally millions of others being scammed by different agency names - but fooled in EXACTLY the same way! It's actually UNBELIEVABLE! There MUST be something we can all do! They can't possibly continue to get away with this?!!

[23/09/2009] steve: i wish we all knew each other to meet up and get these pricks! i think i mite be a victim too

Claim title: delightful stars faulse advertiding an none exsiting booking

[23/09/2009] steve: get them thats wat i say, they have done the same to me!

[24/09/2009] Nikki: I spoke to jamine today and was told that my husband will get a booking in which I replied how can so many people have bookings cancelled with the same excuse. They give us a load of excuses to cover their backs. I am ringing them everyday and get fobbed off each time. Why is it that innocent people always fall for this shit. I feel sorry for all that's been ripped off but I also feel sorry for my two babies who now can't have much as we spent our savings for this crap on the promise we would make double what we paid out. They have stolen from children that pisses me off the most

[24/09/2009] steve: hi nicki, well to be honest given my background and past career its a wonder how they have managed to get one over on me, do you really think they are a fraugelent company, i think they could well, be, is it just a web page and a few women that answer the calls or is it a massive money laundering business????
Whatever it is this has to be sorted and soon, i tell you wat append nicki, i rung up this company around a month ago and told them i was interested in becoming a male escort in order to earn some fast cash,a very seemingly kind and helpful lady called SHELBY kept ringing me to sign up, probabally once or twice a day, anyway i finally paid the £260 required to be registered with this company, SHELBY told me that they try and get a booking for new joiners with a well known client, neway SHELBY told me that there was a lady called ELLY, this lady is ment to be a swedish makeup artist on business obviously from sweden, and was ment to be a regular client for this company, she then told me that the booking was for the 01/09/09

If this is a scam whoever they are can standby because they have F****d with the wrong guy, neway would like to get together online with other victims as this is has to stop! nikki hear from you in the near future.

[24/09/2009] Nikki: Hi Steve my email address is nikkiwu2006@yahoo.co.uk send me a message as got some info to tell you as just spoken to them again

[24/09/2009] sandie: I'm game to get involved in getting these people stopped. Like I said in my last comment, if you go to sw5.info - you will see hundreds more people who have been robbed by these agencies under different guises and names! Like you Steve, I am surprised they got me too! But, they sound so genuine and lovely on the phone - you easily get sucked in! What I don't get, is that these people are saying the same shit over and over again to people they've just robbed money off - how can be be so blatant whilst lying over and over again? These are people with NO conscience whatsoever!! I can't believe such people are around for so long! They must be laughing in their tea every time they get another one sucked in and make their commission on it!! Surely to god, we MUST be able to stop these people?!!!!

[27/09/2009] steve: nikki, they knew that the phone call must have been linked, they are very very clever, do not be fooled anymore!that is insulting my intelligence and they will be sought!

[26/09/2009] nikki: I think you have been ripped off hun, like the rest of us as none of us has had a real booking. I have also just phoned up to book my husband and tehy told me to email the details of the booking which I have just sent so we are awaiting for a call as we know he is available.

[27/09/2009] Nikki: Hi guys I phoned them and tried a fake booking for my partner and they wanted a booking fee of £50 but I asked them to phone him to see if he was available first and they did, they then rangme to say he could do it as I said I wanted him that nite, I then said I couldn't do it after all and they said fine if I need him again just call they didn't take any money and they rang him straight back to cancel it they also told him exactly what I said I was very surprise as his first booking was cancelled the morning of it and we have been complaining too. But hey maybe they are not a con after all if they were would they have phoned my partner with my booking! We are going to give them the benefit of the doubt now due to yesterdays events. Just thought you guys should know

[27/09/2009] sandie: Hi there,

Guess what?! I had Josh from USA for my booking too - got cancelled because he had to return the USA due to a death in the family!!! Were you told he was over here writing a 'travel brochure'? Was it Sally who dealt with you? I too was left with NO money as well and have had to borrow some from my sister to get gas, elec and food! Lucky she had it to give to me!!! Look on www.SW5.info and see all the others that have been scammed on different sites too! I've compiled a list of them all now (look how long it is!!!!!):

There are some addresses that people have found out on SW5.info site. Whether these are real addresses, remains to be discovered.

I've put this list and our situation up on a couple of Complaints Sites and am contacting Google to tell them about it and see if they get removed! I think we all have to suck up the loss and move on - we won't get our money back - it'll be like knocking our heads against a brick wall! But at least we can let others know about it and hopefully stop more people getting scammed! They are SOOOO unbelievably convincing aren't they? Buggers!!

[30/09/2009] sandie: hi nikki, steve,

I got a feeling they may con from the other side as well tho - so be careful! It wouldnt surprise me if they took money off the client and conned them too, by cancelling on them aswell!!

[30/09/2009] nikki: they trade as graceful partners to I just phoned their number and Ellie answered the phone then I passed to a ladt called Tina. I have now passed all theie details to the police who are looking into it to see if we can take it further.

[09/10/2009] Nikki: Emily you won't get your money back I'm afraid as my husband was scammed too, we went to the police and explained what's happened but after they looked at their website and read the t&c it would appear they have kept to what they have written the fee is for a years advertisment on their website which I am assuming you are on. The police said coz they have put that on the t&c and also put they will not be held responsible if no bookings come from the website advertising they have not done anything wrong so it turns out to be a civil matter not criminal. A load of rubbish since so many people have paid on the guarantee of a well paid booking. We can take them to a small claims but we have to prove they have taken money by deception which of course we can't as all they have to do is make up cancelled bookings as their evidence. We have decided to forget about it as we have no leg to stand on. Sorry it's not goofd news emily.

[04/03/2010] OMG: ARE DELIGHTFUL COMPANIONS FAKE ??????

[26/02/2010] Tasha: Hi

I am thinking of joining up as a companion i spoke to a lady called Amy sent in pics the lot but havent become a member yet as i cant understand why i have to pay to join so DELIGHTFUL COMPANIONS with the girl holding a rose was delightful stars!!

Can anyone out there verify that the company is cosha!!!

Thanks
Tasha

[07/03/2010] snowflake: I hope to god they are not fake as have just forked out 350£...spoke to Amy etc...seemed Kosher but now im having my doubts....

PLEASE ANYONE OUT THERE IF THEY ARE FAKE TELL ME ......AS I WILL WANT MY MONEY BACK.

[08/04/2010] MARIA: The same has just happened to me. I spoke to a nice lady called Miranda (fake name obviosly) And told me that I had to pay £350 before a meeting and I would get an average of 500 pnds per meeting (non sexual)
. I did some research since I found scam comments about delightful companions so I decided not to do it.

She again called me today however to say she hadnt received my pictures. I asked her if I could pay in stalments as I found scam reports about her company and I couldnt trust them. She said no, we are a good company and they allways make bad reports about all companies. That is so false!!

So I offer to pay some money before and then the rest after having the first meeting with with a client to make sure they were real, and even to give my address so she could trust me that I was honest. To which she said no!!

I asked for her company and vat reg number to which she said that she wouldnt give it to me as I was acusing her.

Do me a favour and call the police now! the police can investigate and stop this people. It is disgraful that they are stealing from inocent people.

[28/09/2010] Siobhan: I was also going to give money to them! Not now lol!

[18/10/2010] sam: is ther any companion work thats real as it seems like every thing i find is a scam :/

[13/11/2010] Fool: I feel for you all. I have just been through the same thing stupidly twice! Firstly a company called delightful companions and yesterday eliteservices 4 u. Firstly I gave 350 to delightful companions under the promise of guarenteed work that same night and two bookings a week! Paid the money.... 3 weeks later nothing back. I emailed the company after speaking with trading standards and action fraud, they reassured me the company was legit and they cldnt refund through the western union so my only option was to delete my non existent profile. That put me 350 outta pocket so I'm getting desperate now. In the hope there is a legit escorting company I signed up with eliteservices 4 u yesterday, they seemed more professional and the lady called Elizabeth told me to actually look at this website to confirm they weren't a scam so I did and cldnt find anything. Seemed ok so I got a loan to pay the 250 fee they proclaimed it had to be paid up front as thu had issues with girls having one date getting the 700 and buggering off. Anyway date planned for last night, again no call from anyone, called them an hour ago and apparently they're closed although Elizabeth and Sara said theyd both call me today to find out how I went. What a load of rubbish, i feel like such an idiot, scammed twice. They told me they were based in islington London I feel like tracking them down and setting fire to them. Lesson learnt, if there was an easy way to make money fast we'd all be doing it.
