[14/01/2009] Rowena Mead: I too have also been done over by Models and Modistas, ordered a £26.99 ipod shuffle for my mums xmas pressie on the 3rd of december, on the 21st of december i called them having had no email response, spoke to some guy saying it was due to be dispatched xmas eve. When I said why it had taken so long, he responded by saying 'oh you haven't read our terms and conditions, you ordered by the cut off date so you are not guaranteed to get it before xmas'. I am still waiting to hear from this company, why the hell hasn't google got rid of them, why are people in this day and age still commiting this type of daylight robbery?? Where are you police when innocent people like us are being ripped off left right and centre by some dodgy bedroom start up?? We want answers!! Anyone who has any luck pursuing this ars**le let me know, I'm just lucky it was only £30, and not £700 like some other poor victim.

[10/12/2008] Models and Modistas: It seems there are a lot of disgruntled people on this forum bad mouthing Our company. We are NOT ripping people off to start. It clearly states on Our website the time frame for delivery, yet certain people expect goods to simply appear in their hands as soon as the order is placed. This is ridiculous. We are running a business and are doing Our utmost best to keep Our clients happy. Anyone here who has made a complaint can be assured that You will either receive goods or a refund, whatever Your request.Its very unfair of the people here to criticize Us and Our business in the way they have.There is no malice or intent to defraud in any way, any of Our clients. Apart from the 7 minorities here, we have hundreds of satified customers that would beg to differ with their opinions.
We currently handle in excess of 500 emails per day, and the truth be known, its almost impossible to respond to all of them as we are a small company and the manpower is not always available, hence to non response via mail or phone.
We would ask any clients with issues over orders to email Us at dresscode20@yahoo.com, and we will endevour to assist as much as humanly possible.
