Claim title: charge to credit card without auth.

[15/10/2009] sue: I also had been charged twice for products relating to the acaiberry pill, this company have several different names they go under, i cancelled my credit card and got a new one so they couldnt take any more money out.. i know how you feel i sent for a trial of acai berry for just postage and handling then received another bottle 2 months later and they took 2 x $142.00 from my credit card. my advice to you is that you cancell your credit card as they will keep on taking money out but under different company names mine were global wellbeing and goodlife but apparently they also go under at least another 6 names...good luck..

Claim title: Fraud/ takign money without authorisation

[28/10/2009] Alan: to The persons who have been stitched up by Global Wellbeing which happened to me this month when I accepted a free sample of Life Cleanse and agreed to pay £3.95 postage, but actually was charged at £4.37, then this week they charged me £74.92 for a monthly supply i did not knowingly agree to and they did not supply it anyway, All I can say is this:

On my delivery note I got which was from Trading Planet Ltd Labs in Bristol whose head office is in Co Durham BH2 1QH, 56 Thorton Close, Pelton, was a phone number 0808 238 9830, Angela Clarke, who told me that Global Wellbeing owns Trading Planet and she will give you a cancellation number of the contract you agreed to when you clicked send me a free sample, and then you gave them your credit card details, once you have the cancellation number tell your credit card provider and they will stop payments to them, they cannot howver agree that this cannot happen again even if you ask for a new card or cancel your card, anything you agreed to prior to a new card or cancelled card will still be charged to you and keep following on with penalties if you do not pay, I suggest you all ask Trading Standards for help as I will be doing.

This is a scam and cannot be legal, you all should seek help from trading standards to get rid of this, even if you have to talk to the police re fraud investigations re internet scams, technically its not a scam but I am sure you all did not realise like me that by agreeing to the sanple you were agreeing for a monthly supply and payment which is only cancellable with the provider, and even if you agree cancellation on the phone that does not mean that it actually will stop.

be very carefull and see if what i suggest helps.

I will not just leave this like this, i intend to find them and do something about it and I will not settle untill this is sorted out.

If enough persons talk to trading standards or even the TV programme crime watch or similar they may actually be stopped, i myself am not sure who else to contact just yet.

[18/11/2009] Georgie: Same happened to me and I am a single mum with 4 children..... I am so angry and I have reported the problem to my bank as a fraud but now looking at all the complaints I am not sure to get my money back. I have blocked my card!!!

Claim title: supplement RIP-OFF!

[30/12/2009] Nisli: I was also a fool and orderd the "free" offer colon cleans and acai berry.
Soon after I resieved the packages I tried to cancel the order and worte 5 e-mails but never got an answer.
Yesterday I recieved two more packages and you can blieve me I was soooo angry. So I tried to refind the e-mail but since my last effort they changed the website and (suprise) the e-mail adress. I wasn't very suprised when the new e-mail wasn't right.
So I made the whole morning some research and find this phone numer +44 203139 9027. So I called this customer service and after giving them my customber Number which I found on the delivery sheet the guy found my dates on the computer. I was so relieved.
I said I'd like to cancel further orders an he gave me two canellation Numbers. I really hoping now the whole story's over.

So my advice to you: call immediately this number
