The fact that all contact avenues are fraught with disconnection, and no emails work, they are in contempt of there own terms and conditions claims of you must cancel within 14 days.

On Staurday 6/2/10 I received an email from "no-reply@globalcustomersupport.net
saying they were refunding another amount off 119.02 to my account however it would take another 30days. I have visited my bank today and cannot stop them debiting as they keep changing their name and bank cannot stop them. So must close account and then won't be able to receive refund.
WHEN IS SOMEONE GOING TO STOP THEM
[20/10/2009] Anthony: What number did you ring?, i cant seem to find a contact number
[21/10/2009] Zakia : hey anthony I had to dial the number that appeared on my credit card as all the other numbers have been dis connected so number is +3618088234 good luck :)
[26/10/2009] louise: i had £77.69 taken out of my account without any warning i cant get a hold of any one !! did the payments ever stop for someone who had this occuring to them?
[03/11/2009] Linda Carlsson: Like all others I have just read I have also been scammed for two x $136.21 for Global Wellbeing products. I did receive the so called free trial product with no mention that I could see of having signed up for further product but on speaking to my bank this seems to be the case. I have had my visa card stopped and a new one issued so that this cannot happen again. The bank will dispute the case if I do not receive the next lot of product which I do not even want just on principle alone. This company are sad but apparently as long as products appear, are within the the law. JUST. I would like to know where their morals are and how they sleep at night. I also want my money back
[03/11/2009] LOOPY123: IT IS BLATANT FRAUD INFORM YOUR FEDERAL POLICE, BOTHER YOUR POLITICIANS UNTIL THIS BLOOD SUCKING COMPANY IS BROUGHT TO ITS KNEES.IF ONLY 25% OF THOSE THAT HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF AROUND THE WORLD WOULD USE THEIR KEYBOARDS AND GO FOR THE THROAT IT WONT TAKE LONG FOR THE GLOBAL WELLBEING COMPANY WILL SEE THE LIGHT. CONTACT THE POLLIES, RADIO NEWS PAPER AND LOCAL BLOGS AND HOUND THE BASTARDS INTO SUBMISSION.
[09/11/2009] Jill Bucknall: 9/11/09 - I too have been scammed by Global Wellbeing. After paying postage on a free trial I have had two further payments taken from my Visa card. Firstly on the 19/10 they took £75.02 and then on 3/11 they took £74.69. They are working in tandem with a company called Skincare Today who have taken these same amounts from my account. Am seeing my bank manager later. What else can we do?
[19/11/2009] Darla: The same problem happened with me too..
what kind of measures should be done to avoid such fraudsters??
[24/11/2009] san: Guys ! Guys ! come on time to face the truth ok? I also had the same problem. I looked this compnay contact details a lot but with no success. Then i went to my bank. I had a chat with my bank and i asked them to give me a new card. obviously a nw card means a new card number and a new security number without with they cannot take money from our accunt. First of all try emailing at support@acaiburn.com to talk to them.. i had two company taking money from my account .. so may be you have the same problem. otherwise just cahnge your bank card. that it, they wont get their money and migh contact you. when they try to contact you then you can talkk to them otherwise they wont get their money and at least you guys wont loose any more money. better to loose nofurther money than to look for refund which is never going to happen. take care guys!!! chow!!
[25/11/2009] Kristine: I have just had the so called "free trial" on the Life Cleanse & Acai Berry. They took two lots of around $130.00 after they had charged me for the free trial as well. I went to my bank they were very supportive - they cancelled my Visa Debit card I did the transaction on so they can't take any more money and lodged a complaint to get the money back. The Bank has credited my account with with the $260.00 this morning and said if the seller has no signature to show you agreed to the transaction they don't have the right to the money. I didn't sign anything saying I agree to allow them to direct debit $130 each month from my account hence I should only pay for the free trial (and I did!) Hope this can help others to get back their money.
[07/12/2009] Angela: Please read this is cery important!!!
I also was ripped off after buying the 'free trial' of acai berry and colon cleanse. I have been chraged £146.68 this month! On my statement was a number which i called and was answered by the most rude person (Gloria Park... hmmm so original) i have ever spoken to in my life! She gave me the cancelation number but refused to let me speak to a manager, or even give me his name stating she doesn;t need to let me speak to a manager. She also stated there was no 'boss' and there was nobody senior i could speak to! She eventually put the fone down on me. I called straight back and spoke to Rocco Corti (where do they get these names) who was equally rude and refused to give me a manager or supervisors name he did however after a 15 min barrage of abuse give me the followin address: Trading Planet Ltd, Labs, Legal Attention, Rodwell Tower, Manchester M1 2HY
Whether its a run around or not its worth a try?
Also, I have my credit card company investigating a fraud claim but... on reding other peoples comments these low lifes will continue to withdraw the money from your account under different names so i have also places a block on my card until a have paid the full ballance and cancelled it as i believe as soon as this block is lifted, these b******s will do the same thing!!
I hope this helps but i would urge everyone to either block or cancel their credit card!!!
[17/01/2010] DAVE: The scam works just within the law. The credit card companies know about it but are obliged by law to keep paying. All transactions on my card are in dispute. The cancellation numbers i have through contact with this company are irrelivant. They still take unauthorised payments approx £600 so far. The credit card company assure me not to worry as they will eventually bring this matter to an end. Three months so far. Not sure of the final outcome but will keep you posted. This scam is operating in most countries. Frustrating!

[24/11/2009] Judy: Global Wellbeing now owes me $536.46 cents (Australian). I agreed to the initial free trial period and paid for postage only, I did not agree to spend any more money or to recieve any more of their products.
These tablets do not work, they are a rip off and should not be allowed to advertise, they definetley should not be able to continue to remove money from my Mastercard with no authorization from me.
Is there anything that I can do? I can't offord this
Judy
