support@uggselling.co.uk luckily for me i used paypal and they told me to file a dispute which i have done so uggselling.co.uk have now been given 10 days to reply to my dispute or the case will be closed in my favour and the money returned to my account so fingers crossed i might get a result but what a pointless drama and 80 quid down the drain and no money to actualy get my girlfreind a prestent
[23/10/2009] Sue Matchett: Likewise I've been stung by the same firm on 16/10/2009 who, as Anna says, are unobtainable on the UK 'phone number given: see Claim No 5810 for details. I hope that I get a full refund - as this "canyoutrustthem" website says Anna did on her Claim?!
[24/11/2009] genevieve: hi i have done an order with the company uggselling.co.uk i have just received my boots i have been waiting tho for nearly 2 weeks. im just wondering if i was lucky or did anyone get there boots? i didnt expect them to come after reading all these complaints.
[01/12/2009] Sally Anne Jones: Exactly the same story with me! What can we do about this? £80 is a lot of money to lose on top of Christmas. Has anyone had any ideas? Not sure if I should cancel order through bank or stick it out and wait to see if they are delievered? What does everyone reccommend?
[02/12/2009] Grace: I got exactly the same very suspicious e-mail from this company, saying that the boots were 'on the ship' - i suspect the 'genuine' ugg boots i ordered from their convincing-looking website are actually fakes being made in china. i want my money (£79.99) back immediately and for this website to be shut down.

Claim title: Fradulant Selling
[27/10/2009] Mags: I ordered Ugg boots from uk-ugg-boots.com. Like many others I have now found that this is a fraudulent Chinese website. The fake boots have not arrived and I am unable to contact them as it keeps coming up invalid!! I have contacted my bank as I paid by halifax debit card who have said that I have to wait 30 days and then I will be able to put in a fraud claim. I will not sign for the boots should they turn up as I now know that they will be cheap nasty fakes. I have also cancelled my debit card to make sure they don't try to take anything more from me!!!! I will definitely not be duped on the web again!! Makes me so angry to think that these scammers get away with it....they think!!!!

Claim title: Order of Tall Classic Black UGG Boots not acknowledged but money taken. Cannot get in touch with company.
[14/11/2009] Angry Alex: i also stupidly ordered from these thieving gits, i ordered through paypal a few weeks ago. when i too could not get hold of them a week later i put in a complaint with paypal who put a hold on my money, uggselling got in touch with me straight away asking me to cancel my complaint then sent me about 3 e-mails very nice, telling me i would receive my boots asap and giving me a tracking number. I DID RECEIVE MY BOOTS A FEW DAYS AFTER, AND YES AS YOU CAN BELIEVE THEY ARE IN FACT FAKES THE SOLES ARE LIKE CONCRETE AND IF I EVER GOT THE CHANCE I WOULD STICK THEM RIGHT UP THEIR A**ES. HAD I NOT GOT IN TOUCH WITH PAYPAL I WOULD NEVER HAVE RECEIVED ANYTHING AND PAYPAL WERE JUST AS HELPFUL BECAUSE UGGSELLING PROVIDED PROOF OF DELIVERY PAYPAL GAVE THEM MY MONEY! EVEN AFTER I EXPLAINED ABOUT THEM BEING FRAUD AND THIEVES AND TOLD THEM ABOUT THIS SITE WHERE OTHERS WHERE IN THE SAME POSITION FROM THIS SITE. YOU REALLY CANNOT TRUST ANY COMPANY (ITS ALL IN THE SMALL PRINT APPARENTLY) THEY ARE ALL OUT FOR WHAT THEY CAN GET EVEN THE REPUTABLE ONES!
[08/12/2009] Karen Hurley: I did order black classic tall ugg boots. E mailed them to track them and got a reply. They then sent me the parcelforce link to which i followed over a week. On day 7 they arrived, i was so happy thought my daughter will love them. opened the parcel and they had sent me brown short classic boots. I also tried to get back onto them but the link is broken and the e mail keeps getting sent back as undeliverable. Luckily she will like them so i am one of the lucky ones who has actuallu received the boots genuine or not, still pissed off tho.

[02/12/2009] robbins: hi did u have any luck with getting your money back through paypal.
[02/12/2009] Gemma: I have the same problem. I ordered from them on 18th November for two pairs totaling £139. If only i had googled them before buying. I suspected something wrong when the receipt from paypal was chinese. How do these people get away with lying on their website? I ordered from them as they claim to be in UK. I only wish id of just paid a little extra and gone to a shop. I'm waiting on opening a dispute with Paypal but hold little hope that i will see my money again. The website disappeared last night.
[02/12/2009] Jilly: Hi, this has happenned to me also. I have made a claim to paypal and inc my story on this site. Go to schuh and buy genuine uggs.Regards.
[02/12/2009] mad mick: Hi every1, i bought some boots from uggselling through pay pal can any1 help me as too how i go about getting my money back through pay pal?
13 days on, to every1 who bought boots from uggselling.co.uk there is still hope!! I recieved my boots 8 days after my order and actually they are either very good copies or they are real! I have compared them to ones in high street shops and they are identical! So there is hope. I really hope you all get your boots like i did. Just keep asking the questions.
[02/12/2009] Gemma : Ive reported it to paypal they are trying to contact the seller, they have until 12th December before paypal settle it themselves..whether that means they will refund me i dont know. How did you know the website had changed?
[02/12/2009] Gemma: Hi i am having the same problem they have changed their website to uggselling.me.uk. i paid through paypal too - has any one had any look of getting their money back?
[02/12/2009] karen: i'm so annoyed!!! Paid (via Paypal)£82.99 to this "company" on 28th November and have now realised i've been duped! The website looked so convincing, especially when it stated I could pay using Paypal. I've now filed a claim with Paypal, and am hoping I can get my money back.
(I tried to send an email to the company but there's no such email address ;/ )
[02/12/2009] marc jones: all those waitin for ugg boots from uggselling.co.uk mine did turn up after 15 days but they r definatly counterfeit boots not 100% genuine like the site claims.gutted but will never buy things on the cheap again if its looks to good to be true it usually is
[03/12/2009] Emma: They have now changed their name slightly to Uggselling.me.uk. I've emailed them on several occasions but no response.
[03/12/2009] rebecca: I have had the same, i ordered on the 18th nov and havent recieved a thing, cant believe i have been soo fooled by this!!! I too have filed complaint through paypal but hold very little hope i will ever see the money again!!! i have tried so hard to contact them but never can
[04/12/2009] samantha: I ordered two pairs of ugg boots from uggselling.co.uk total of £147.98.after ordering the ugg boots i recieved emails confirming my purchase. i tried to go back on website to show a friend and it kept coming up as link has broken and things like can you trust them.i immediately realised that the website was bogus.i called my bank and they said that they had taken the money out my account.i then rang paypal to report them and currently awaiting a reply from them which i am very doubtful about.since reporting them to paypal i have recieved an email from them saying there website has changed to a different name.also when i put my tracking number in that they give me it is not reconised.
[07/12/2009] Ryan: It is a fake website and, unfortunately, you will not recieve any goods. On your statement you will probably see either Mandarin writing or another company name matching the price you paid.
Contact your bank and have your card stopped immediately to avoid further transactions from this so called company. I am having an investigation done to try and get my money back but they said they cant promise anything. Be sure to check for the UGG® Australia Boots (a Deckers Corporation brand) logo before you buy.
More than 1,200 websites that claim to sell cut-price designer goods have been shut down in the biggest police operation of its kind in the UK.
The 1,219 sites, which advertise brands including Ugg boots, Tiffany jewellery and Links of London, were removed by the Metropolitan Police.
Customers who buy from the sites either receive nothing, counterfeit goods, or have their credit card details stolen.
Criminal gangs in Asia are believed to make millions of pounds from the fraud.
The criminal gangs try to make the sites look as legitimate as possible by registering a domain name with ".co.uk" at the end.
They use false details or hide behind anonymous e-mail addresses when signing up, and are almost impossible to trace.
People who might have bought products from one of the sites are advised to contact Consumer Direct.
[08/12/2009] tracy: hi there i ordered a pair of ugg boots from ugg selling.co.uk i paid 79.99 so i was keep on emailing them for about 2and a half weeks and you never guess what happened 3 weeks later a recieved my boots i just couldnt beleive it i thought i was had reading all these reviews so allo i can say is theres still time or am i one of those lucky ones.

Claim title: SCAM-DON\'T BUY FROM UGGSELLING.CO.UK
[03/12/2009] Lisa: I have had exactly the same problem - purchased £74.99 with Paypal and the first indication I got that the company was not as advertised was when the Paypal receipt came back with Chinese characters for the seller's ID. I have made a claim with Paypal and hold out no hope of getting money or boots...Consumer Direct advise that a genuine UK website must by law have a geographical address (not PO Box) and if registered as a company they should also have a company registration number.
[04/12/2009] thomas lagan : i gat a pair last weeki was dericted from a site from uggaustralia the proper site.from this i thought it was real more so when you could use paypal which i did.emailed them last cant even type proper and give me a big lol.ive been on to paypal about it hopefully i get my money back
