Claim title: Scam
[10/11/2009] dave price: I to have been riped off by this so called company ordered free trial of acaiburn and life cleanse never got it ,only got c/c dept for $99.36 then 4 days later another $135 thay change their name from betterdtox to help yourhealth to wellbhealth to health focus and LB Envision net worldwide ltd and trading plantit ltd .i want to cancell all so called contracts with these and all their other companies as of 10/11/09
[29/01/2010] Wes: Hey,
I too came across this companies many websites and later discovered that the general consensus is it's a scam. I ordered my first product on the 18th of January and so far no charges on either of the two I ordered (Absolute Acai + Effective Cleanse).
I read their Terms and Conditions thoroughly and discovered that they charge your credit card for the full product (69 GBP per product) 15 business days after you place the order (not after you receive it in the mail). They say that in order to stop the auto billing you have you call their number +4326822059342. If that number doesn't work, you can also use the one provided in the confirmation email after you placed your order: +442031399027 Both are really quiet, so I had to turn up my phone to hear the menu (could be deliberate).
Anyway, I got a confirmation email a day or so later saying that my order was cancelled and it was within the 15 business day limit so as per their Terms they have no legal right to charge me further than the shipping.
I'd recommend keeping a copy of the Terms and Agreements on your computer in the event they're "no longer accessible" so you have something to give your bank if worst comes to worse.

[12/11/2009] Jean Stirling: I also ordered goods from this company,no realising that I had to cancel within 14 days. When the Invoice/Receipt came with the goods, the company was listed as Trading Planet Ltd, in Bristol. Their phone number is 08082389830, when I saw the charges on my credit card statement, £74.94 per item, I rang the company and cancelled, I have also asked my credit card company to cancel my existing card and issue me with a new one as this company now have my card details and I do not trust them.
[08/12/2009] peter lee: you could try this number 0203 1399 027
good luck
[31/12/2009] Margaret Rhoden: We have just been through the same as every one else, did received the goods, but also managed to get a full refund, though this was only after we had phoned and emailed a number of times. THE EMAIL ADDRESS IS:
support2@globalcustomersupport.net. I think the number we got through on was 0808 238 9830, but the people we spoke to were very unhelpful, arrogant and down right ignorant and wouldn't give their names to boot.
We phoned them on the day we received the goods, as I checked out the company name on the web, fortunately my husband, who ordered them, coped the order receipt, which at least had the company name. As soon as I discovered that they had been scamming people, I called them. They weren't very helpful, but agreed to cancel. I called back again later the same day to confirm the accounts had been cancelled, and was told they had been, they still took two payments from our bank totalling nearly £150.00. After several emails and phone calls, they eventually agreed to cancel and refund. Just checked and they have. We've contacted our bank to confirm we have cancelled and don't have a regular payment agreement with them. I've also emailed them confirming the cancellation number.
Hope this is of help.
[31/12/2009] Margaret Rhoden: Also the name on our statement was Health Focus. Another address for them is P O Box 13579 Linlithgow EH49 9AH.
By the way as the payments were taken in USD, we got the refund back at the prevailing exchange rate, which was higher than when the payments were taken.
[14/01/2010] Aida : I thought I was getting a free trial did not know they would be charging me each month $119. per bottle each month since october and I have only gotten the free trial bottles. the email addresses dont work or ther phone numbers no one picks up. I really dont know what to do and very upset that no one answers me.
