it does not state nothing about sorroco direct, so would you not be advertising wrong information which in accordance to this respectful website is against their T&C's am sure you must have read the the T&C's before posting any such URLS?

am Still waiting upon a Xbox but am not seeking attention unlike some.

[23/12/2008] Kenny: Let's be absolutely clear and concise about SORROCO DIRECT. I haven't received the telvision I ordered £600, my father has received his television £400 and my brother in law hasn't received his MP4 player £125 all have been paid for. The company deserve to be named and shamed and we (all complainers) deserve to have these cases investigated. Don't let one employee of their company put you off....

[23/12/2008] Kenny: I've also reported them to trading standards, who have contacted them, but have been 'duped' with the same rubbish that we all have been i.e. 'we've been let down by our suppliers' ....if trading standards were doing their jobs properly, this company would have the website suspended at the very least....but they're still 'stealing' money from other poor fools like ourselves....


[24/12/2008] Vance: I too have now had the email citing "supply problems" Have asked for a full refund but not holding my breath. I have also reported them to trading standards, cant understand how they can still be allowed to trade.

[15/01/2009] Vance: Hi Leanne. No no refund yey. Have just had a letter from Bury trading Standards, they got my details from consumer direct. It seems they are launching an investigation into sorroco.
I have tried ringing them again myself, but as you say, no one is answering.
I suggest you too contact Bury trading standard.

[28/12/2008] Tray31: Wow - i cant believe you got a refund!! All seems to have happened since this canyoutrustthem site shamed Sorroco on Google - when i type in Sorroco Direct, this site comes up at the very top!!

No wonder they have started refunding - they have to start making amends before they lose their business.

Great news though - lets hope we all get our money back!!


[15/01/2009] Leanne: Don't listen to the people who are telling you they have had deliveries or refunds. This is people from sorroco trying to give false hope and give themselves extra time to get away with our money. Funny how everyone who says thay have had their delivery is e-mailing from the same computer!!!!!!!

[22/01/2009] Sam: I have just called Bury Trading Standards and given them all my details, such as name, number, address, what I purchased, how much I paid and how it was paid for along with a brief run down of what has happened. They said they are looking into the company and will contact me as soon as. The more people we can get to contat Bury Trading Standards the better.


[25/01/2009] deb: we ordered 3 tvs on 7/12/08 as xmas presents were never able to contact this company from this day waited for delivery dated 20/12/08 to come and go contacted our local trading standars office (Eastbourne) unhelpful unsympathetic said dont listen to forums and other people! needless to say SORROCCO DIRECT ruined our xmas! have since received a full refund of £1167 via our credit card company (ABBEY) they were brilliant, this so called company deserves to be named and shamed they have no place in this country, they give all internet companies a bad name and make people wary of ordering on-line. These people are disgusting and a total fraud. They are deliberetly scamming and ripping people off anf trading standards should have acted quicker and sharper, they have let us all down and not doing there job properly.


[26/01/2009] Vance: Had a letter from administrators today. The sods have gone into voluntary liquidation, so probably wont get any money back.
I have returned the paperwork to them, but it would appear, bigger creditors will be paid out first.
Not so much a scam, but just totally inept and dishonest for continuing to take money and orders when they knew full well they couldn't supply the goods.
