I have called the number and got through to a telesales area that denies all knowledge of me and my order and tells me that they are not the people responsible as they are called acaislim.com, funny how this is the same number as the Probody Health people. Its a total scam which I have lost a total of £226.77, I want my money returned as I'm also worried about my credit card being used again and again monthly, if I can't stop them. [16/01/2011] Lorraine : The same thing happened to me they will continue to take £75 every two weeks so be carefull I had to cancell my card to stop it. I did get soemone on the phone and just kept asking for my money back!!! Call 0800520 0449 remember they are 6-7 hrs behind so call in the evening. I was told I was going to be reinbursed. I am still waiting. Good luck

At exactly 13 days and 59 minutes someone in the University of California bought 3 Dell Computers at £1269 each after altering my wife's credit card details!. At 13 days and 59 minutes and 50 seconds this company also took £75 from my wife's credit card. Lloyds TSB have been "wonderful". So they EFFing should be; why would someone in Kent buy 3 computers in California?

[21/02/2011] Jo McTeague: They have taken £150 out of my account. We must stop this happening to anyone else. They offer a free trial for £3.99 package and postage and you end up ripped off, the tablets didn't work either.

They've been taking over £100 from my account every month for the last 3 months. I've spoken with my card company and cancelled it now. I'd like to see them try to take money from my account now!!!!

[18/12/2011] minara: this seriously gta stop..all they are doing is rippin off peoples money, i have also bought a pro action acai and hoodia..i was not satisfied and when i email them and after i recived my bank statement, iv been ripped of £75 and i dint even get an email confirmation, when i waned to cancel all they say is tht its a 14 day trial and i should have read the small print. when i saw the advertise i thought it was a 14 days worth tablet, it dint state no whre clearly that it was a months supply and they would take the money after 2 weeks. i want my money back, i emailed them several time all they reply back with is they cant help me any further!!

[24/01/2012] Kevin: Yes I've been caught, cancelled free trial within 15 minutes of ordering, then received auto reply saying e-mail wouldn't be looked at for 72 hours, tried e-mailing again, phoned autoshipping telephone number only cancel option is to agree to pay £75.00. Tried phoning customer service number several times only played music and repleated interupted by a recorded voice advising ALL Agents are busy. Received free trial today and no order or delivery document. Returned with accompanying letter RECORDED delivery and took photos of un-opened goods and letter in package,

Cancelled credit card and just in case they want to follow this up, which as this is a highly suspect way of doing business is highly unlikely. Remember to keep a record of everything and either log this with a legal representative or speak with trading standards or citizen advice Bureau if you are concerned, but by doing the above you have returned the property and if they do not accept the package you have a record from the royal mail should they pursue this matter or try to obtain further money from you.

If you paid by debit card suggest talk to your bank about how to stop them taking your money, they may well be willnig to help by cancelling the debit card and opening a new account for you.

[12/03/2012] GeorgieB: This company sent and charged me for more products after I cancelled. Due to their mistake they sent me a pre-paid envelope with a different returns address on it. I feel I should share this info with other people because this company is disgusting.
