Have received product (has anyone used the product and found it any good? Not me anyway..) What a surprise to be charged in full for the products. This was advertised to be a Free Trial - isn't this fraud.. false advertising... Lesson Learnt i guess. If a product seems to good to be true it usually is.

I spoke to a very helpful man who said he had cancelled my account and that I would receive an e-mail within 3 working days about how to claim a refund. I won't hold my breath but if I do receive an e-mail I'll update this post.

[03/02/2010] Mijoolie: IMPORTANT. See my post of 28th Jan above. I called the number, spoke to a nice guy who cancelled my account there and then. I complained because i'd not received any product and asked for a full refund. I've checked my bank today and both lots of £76+ and the £1.50 bank charge for the international transfer have been refunded and received today. I therefore believe it';s not fraud but shifty very small print which says if you don't contact them to cancel within 14 days of signing up then you have accepted an account and will be charged each month. The help numbers at the bottom of the e-mail I received back from customer services 2 days before the money hit my account is below:

Its really dodgy the way they do business with them hiding the details in the "terms and Conditions" which is very well camouflaged at the bottom of the screen and NOTHING refers you to it. Mind you only found this out after having all the problems of the charges, 2 lots of $136.76, AND the site I ordered off no longer exists!!!!!! I eventually found a contact phone number, as all the numbers they supplied me do not work, and have lodged a complaint with the company, although not going to hold my breath. If you have been sucked into this as well and require the AUSTRALIAN contact phone number it is 0731234400, and you will require your order number from the email that originally sent out.
YOU HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER WITH THEM TO STOP THE PAYMENTS
I have also canceled my credit card and am being reissued with a new one just to be on the safe side!!!!

Es más, usé diferentes tarjetas y con otro Banco pasó lo mismo.

Por lo que deduje que fue al comprar las MUESTRAS GRATUITAS de Acai Berry.

DEBEN LLAMAR DE INMEDIATO A LA CIA DE TARJETAS Y PRESENTAR UNA SOLICITUD DE TRANSACCION EN DISPUTA, BLOQUEAR LA TARJETA Y PEDIR OTRA. Y TAMBIEN SOLICITAR UN SEGURO CONTRA ROBO Y FRAUDE.

[22/03/2010] Natalie: If you haven't already received your money back here are the steps you should take. I contacted Visa immediatly when I couldn't get throughto the 1 800 number on my Visa statement. They are aware of SmileKit and have had many calls about them. I was advised to return the product in the mail and if SmileKit doesn't credit my account in 30 days then Visa will. I was told to keep the receipt and I'm sure Smile kit won't be crediting my account as I cancelled that CC immediatly. It said SmileKit Singapore on my statement but I had to pay customs fees from Englad so I returned the product to the following adress:

Did call my bank the day after and they been doing some investigation now and found out it was not a card fraud in the sence they used my card and code. Instead it was a signed card transaktion, probably in a nother contry.

But I only authorised them to take the P&P payment of £3.95 and they have since taken approx £75!! am outraged. Having trouble with the bank and call centres, only way is to get my card number changed. Gilly .

[02/02/2010] kristen: Just so you all know that this company is in relation to a free sample you might have purchased online, apparently there is something in the terms and conditions that states if you do not cancel the order within 15 days you will be charged for it. That is for people who continually are getting charged because you have yet to cancel it. I never saw these terms and my guess is there are quite undetectable because that is why they need to use another company so people cannot trace it back to the company in which you ordered the product. That is why you will never get this money back from the bank because technically they have a contract in which we all have agreed to. Here is there customer help line the real ones:

[05/02/2010] Tony Bond: I am finally making some headway with my father's bogus charges as well.. He ordered the Acai Berry & Detox after seeing the ad on an official English footy team website... After getting the VISA bill (and not the product) and seeing three charges of 125.53 for Nuskin, ActivPro and Pro-Body, we went back to the website and found the ad again... I got a hold of the advertising company that handles the ads and have spoken to a customer service rep there who is most helpful.. SHE contacted the client who sells the Acai Berry and their reply was "The charges for NUSKIN, ACTIVPRO AND PROBODY don't look familiar to me and sound like they are upsell offers after the original sale. Can you please contact the consumer to see if they have any additional info on the original product that was purchased on Dec 28th. Based on what I'm seeing I don't believe that offer was through our network."

After searching in Yahoo the phone number beside the charge for NuSkin (866-484-6361) I came across this 'canyoutrustthem' website... I called the number someone posted that had worked for them (888-325-8623) and reached the UK, spoke to a girl named Emily.. She needed to speak to my father (who is out at the moment) but gave me the toll free number for CANADA which is 888-325-8623.. My father had already gone to the bank and cancelled his VISA, we're waiting for the new one now..

I sent the URL of this website to the customer service rep of the online advertising company and asked her to search how many time the Acai Berry & Detox was listed.. I also suggested she sends this to her client who 'has no knowledge' of the other companies and see what his response is.. I will post more when I get results..

[30/01/2010] Jim Sosa: Man, I ordered Xtend+ also. The page states that it's a 'trial' and that after 14 days you will be billed for the bottle ($80, I believe). You should have read the terms!

Anyways, you can call them to cancel to prevent future charges and to ask them to stop shipping the product. These are the numbers I found on their page are: 1-877-204-4510 and +44-808-238-1329. I called the 1877 one. I had to wait a bit on hold, but was able to cancel.

BTW, this is for xtend+. Don't know about that acai detox stuff.

I ordered the free bottle of xtenzplus product on the 2/7/2010 with a $4.95 shipping and handling. 2/14/2010 this company charged my card $85.00. These scam bags should be stopped and the public should be protected against these con artists, these scam bags should be put in jail for stealing and robbing people online, they are nothing but only pirates, preying on innocent people and stealing their money. Now they have my credit card information and my address and my name, who knows what they can do with all my information. their phone number I have found out is 1-877-204-4510. Please pass around this information for anybody else will not be a victim of these scam bags.

[29/01/2010] Sheri Lynne: So I already left a post on here but the same thing has happened to me. I paid 95 cents for a free acai berry trial. It came off my visa under super exclusive acaiberry. 2 weeks later 119.02 was taken off by smilekit singapore. Neither of the phone numbers for these companies work, however another singapore number does. 1-866-407-5590. they will ask you what number you are calling. Now to prove all of these places are affiliated I gave them the other number that doesn't work 1-866-407-5759 which is on my bill beside smilekit singapore, as the first question they ask on the phone is what number did you call. So this is obviously one of their numbers as they continued with the call after I provided them with the number. Then they asked me the bill total I said 119.02 I was told no we have no amounts of that of any of our products. I then told them they are full of shit as I have read from other customers on the internet with the exact same total from the exact same company, sorry maam they said it's not our company. I then asked how the hell their phone number got put beside a charge on my visa if it's not their company. Anyhow the bank will do nothing, I as most of you will have to cancel your credit cards and ask the bank for new ones with new numbers. I am so pissed off as I didn't even receive fake acai in the mail I got a big nothing and with the american exchange am out 130.00. If anyone ever does figure this out please post it so we can all get our money back. I have tried everything.
