Claim title: brokers fee refund SCAM ARTISTS

[15/07/2010] feltz1989: Hi i had exactly the same thing happen to me with NOWORRIES LOANS.. i also was on the phone constantly, i finally got put through to a manager after 2 days. He was very rude and said that if i continued to phone he would get me done for harrasment and as i had phoned my bank he could sue me for claiming it was fraud. The fee was not even mentioned to me and they said they needed my card details to check my credit, Young and stupid i done it. NEVER AGAIN! I would recommend anyone to STAY away from them as it isnt really them that give you a loan anyways. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. There is an address that you can write to to say you want a refund and they should give it back within 30 days. The manager said that if i was that bothered about my phonebill i should have just spent 32p on a stamp.. WHAT to not get my letter replyed to. I wish i had seen this before i applied..!

[14/12/2010] eudora wiggins: i wish I had seen this before, I too was trying to get an emergency loan and was told I have to give my card details to get credit check, i had no idea this is what they do, is this a nation of scammers, everyone try to rip you off here. I am sick of it where are the honest people? I am now £69.95 out of pocket and cant buy a bottle of milk, I want my money back, and they are so rude to you, you could do nothing about these people in this place, because the trading standards boss stands behind them. which is a shame, he blames us for being indulgent when confronted. he is rich so I hope he never lose his job and be in this position< God help us with ripoff Britain.
all I want is my money back from these people, NO-WORRIES-LOANS you give me more to worry about.

Claim title: REFUND!!!!!£79.95

[21/09/2010] Sharon Bradford: I have been having trouble with No Worries Loans since initially contacting them about a loan on 6th August. I began to have suspicions when things weren't really moving anfd I kept on being fobbed off with "everything's on track". As per their T&C's I wrote to them on 19th August cancelling my application and requesting a refund of my admin fee of £79.95. I have had absolutely no response from them, and like countless others, have persistently been kept on hold for long periods when contacting their "Customer Service" number. I too have contacted their application line and have been confronted by rude staff who have persistently hung up on me. I am so frustrated by this. The government really need to intervene and prosecute these thieves. I have contacted the Financial Ombudsman who have contacted them on my behalf to pursue my complaint. I have also reported them to my local Police force and the Anti Fraud squad are now looking into things. I'd advise anyone else who's had dealing with these criminals to do the same.

[12/01/2011] Rebecca: Has it been long since the financial ombudsman have contacted them? i have also done the same thing but am yet to hear back from them, its doubtful that i will ever receive this refund back, the only reply i have had from the company is when i have bothered to contact them myself, and their excuse whas that they had a transaction number to prove this money was refunded (even though i have sent bank statements to prove otherwise) and they will not be taking the matter further.

Claim title: want my money back

[01/11/2010] ben lambert: hello, similar thing happened to me but with a different company called loan-centre.net. they're trying to charge you a brokers fee and may try to take more payments as its more than likely you are now a 'member' of their 'services'. first of all cancel your card so they cant take anymore payments. you can get your 'brokers fee' back if you act fast as theres a 14 day cooling off period. write a letter telling them to cancel any membership you may have with them and refund any charges as you are within the 14 day cooling off period, include a self addressed stamped envelope and send the whole thing recorded delivery (costs about £1), this is worth doing as you can 'track and trace' your letter to see when it arrives. also state in you letter that in accordance with trading standards you must have your refund with you in no longer than 10 days. hope this helps.

[26/03/2011] Paul Robson: recieved my money back off no worrie loans, 6 days after phoning financial ombudsman, in full 69.95
