[05/03/2009] Avril: I have had problems with this company they took my money 2 months ago and still no boots. I have now complained to the trading standards at the following address, the more people that complain the stronger the case against this company (Non delivery of goods)

i've had the same problem with this company. Paypal are useless and will not do anything. did you have any results when you complained to the consumer affairs?

Claim title: Missing Goods??

[23/11/2009] Phil: I just got my money back through paypal. I got suspicious when I got no shipping information. I emailed quite a few times and got no joy.
I lodged a dispute through paypal and I then got shipping information, which proved to be false.
I then made a claim through paypal and it took about twenty days, but it came through.
It has only been after I made my order that I found out that uggbootshop are frauds.Their products seem to be cheap chinese imatatitons and avoid this shop at all costs.
I was lucky enough to get a refund, from the comments I'm reading a lot of people have been done by this shop.
