Claim title: Internet Scam

[16/01/2011] Shirley Scott: I have also been scammed by choice white/select white. I saw that advert as a link and there were some reviews on there too which made it seem like a great buy to get it for £2.95. I went through the whole purchase online and then received my confirmation email with the order number and the total price to be debited from my credit card of £2.95. The product arrived the day before christmas eve (23rd December 2010) and it was in a simple white sturdy box and I checked the contents and everything was inside. (trays, whitening syringes and pen).
I always check my credit card statement online as I have had previous dealings of fraudulent use of my card.
When I checked I saw the £2.95, then a couple of purchases that I had made a couple of days later and then there was another one on there for £39.66, which I knew nothing about. The purchase details were for something called 'fly the next day'.
I immediately informed my credit card company and they have refunded the item and they are looking into it and I now have a new card number, however on reading the testimonials/reviews on this site, I think I too may have been conned by choice white because when I looked at the details for the £2.95 and the £39.66,they are both from the same area as the choice white item which was Atlanta, Georgia.
I am going to inform my credit card company of this as I think it may help them. Hope no one else gets stung off these people.

Claim title: Teeth Whitening Scam

[28/12/2010] carol: I too signed up for the free trial at £2.95.and it was taken out of my account within 30 mins of joining.However when my bank statement came thetr was 2 payments totaling £81.46 taken out.I did manage to get hold of a female with the name of COLE who said she would repay the money taken with 3 days however,as i know know this is a scam.I never got the free trial and the cash has not been refunded into my bank,How somebody could do this is to a fellow person i dont know.I have only my pension,no other benefits just my pension.I had orderd my coal,but had to cancel because i hadnt enough cash to pay for it.I hope the so called company ROTS IN HELL.
