[28/12/2010] carol: I am very disgusted with this company. I put in for a loan from them for over the Christmas period only not to receive it. I was told i had been approved for the amount wanted and i would hear from the lender within 3 to 5 days, so i had paid out my brokers fee and sat waiting. It came to the 5th day and i had heard nothing so i phoned them up asking why. I was told that they would be contacting me the following day without fail. On the 6th day still no phone call so i phoned them back asking why, i was then told that lender had failed me but they told me before i even paid my broker fee that i was 100% approved and accepted for the loan. So they had built my hopes up but only for nothing to come of it other than me being out of pocket. When i questioned a refund of the brokers fee i was told i am not entitled to it. I do not understand why the company is able to tell you and reassure you that you are accepted for the loan only for you not to receive it, i would not have paid the brokerage fee if i knew this would of happened and they even had the cheek to tell me that they would not take the brokerage fee unless i was 100% approved and accepted for the loan which turned out to be another lie from the company.

Told him I would find him and cut his balls off if he doesnt put the money he stole back into my account. I thought the whole thing stank but still gave him money oh my god lets go after this son of a bitch. Beth

[12/07/2012] John Casey: i applied for a loan from Citi Financial and they wanted the first months payment upfront of £160.00. i have already spoken to Citi Bank and there is a company by that name so he gave me another number and it as a free phone but the offices are closed so i will call tomorrow to see if this loan is genuine or not. fist time i have ever had to pay a months payment up front. anyone else had this happen to them?
