[24/03/2009] Marie Maguire: As a victim of British Gas I am amazed at the disgusting neglegence of their admin staff & system. Billions of £££ of profit & they can't get the basics right. I will post my complaint it's a long one but suffice to say it's along the lines of they have not got a clue about keeping accounts & customer service!!!! I simply can not trust their bills at all. Can anyone recommend an alternative supplier?

I was assured by their management team it was a mistake and ignore it. However i am still being pestered by telephone by Arrow global(the company which bought the NON EXSISTENT debt.
