[02/08/2011] nicola thomas: Hi, I had £69.95 taken from my bank today by this company. I have managed to find out that they are a broker website who finds us a lender, and who apparently if they don't after a month will give our money back (if we ask). https://www.actloans.co.uk/

their terms and conditions page offers a contact address that we can write to. https://www.actloans.co.uk/terms.php I haven't yet, but I hope we all have luck.

I was also baffled by the fact that when I rung the number I had an American answer phone. But I came across a website that showed that this company have been registered by somebody in the US. http://hqindex.net/actloans.co.uk There is a name an address on this site of the registered person.

[21/12/2011] Beverley: Hi Send them a email and tell them you have reported them to this site and you require your refund back within 24 hours or be prepared to be exposed on television.I did and received 1 email from one companey,and a refund from another. hope this helps

[10/04/2012] sue nixon: After applying for a loan with a no broker no fee company my details were passed onto actloans. 69.95 has been taken from my account but i called actloans and they have cancelled the application and refunded my money
