[03/12/2011] rebel: these people have absolutely no standards or compassion , we asked all usual questions like are we guaranteed , yes she said , despite all of our questions and her reassuances and me telling her we had just lost our son and also if we didnt pay the £69.95 fee we could make it through until the next month she assured us two of their lenders has guaranteed our loan application . we are now let without food for the month ..................... Thanks a bunch you blood sucking f**kkers be assured i will be visiting someone in your call center in polle very shortly to give the cold hearted money grabbing b*tch a good slap in her face

I, like many others who have credit problems, go to internet loan company's to try and find a solution. I saw loangogo and made a claim, within 30 seconds i was phoned and asked to fill out form and sign, which i did. she then asked for credit card details, which i was a little unsure off to start with and asked why they needed my credit card details this soon. They said for the initial payment of £69-95, which once was payed i will receive details off my loan agreement. I said i couldn't pay until the end of the month, then went ahead and gave my details. I know for those who say you should off known this was a scam at the start, let me just say when you need money for whatever reason all logic disappears and your just happy that its been accepted. I know now i should off done a little research into this company first, because when i did i was amazed how many reviews and problems this company has got. (SCAM),i decided not to go ahead with the loan but couldn't get hold of them again until about a month later when they took the money from my card out of the blue.I eventually got hold of them and they told me someone would be in contact with me this went on for a month and a half, then i insisted they give me a refund they said they sent me a refund form which i never recieved,i have now finally recieved the refund form 4 months later and numerous phone calls later lets see what happens now!!!!

[16/06/2012] William Sarl: Don't send it ann marie. Take it to the police. Follow the advice I have given elsewhere in this list of woes - your bank will give you an instant refund if you provide them with a police incident number, the officer's details, and your assurance that you have not had the money they promised. (is it in your bank? no, ergo, a scam!!) They can change your card, or your account, your pin, your info, and get BT to change your phone number for free, and put you ex-Directory and on Telephone Preferences immediately. Go to the post office and go on Mailing Preferences too, to stop spam and scams getting through.
Let the police refer you to Victim Support because they can do some things you may not have thought of to get your through this and prevent it again.
Make a formal complaint to Companies House, to Trading Standards, and to the Action Fraud online website. ADD to the fuel against these people and help to get them where they belong, behind bars!!!
Stay calm. Talk to your bank about your finances and ask them what they are going to do to help you? You had to go to the internet because they are not approachable or caring...use those words! I did. and they have compensated me.
If I can be of help, contact me directly.

Claim title: out of pocket £69.95
[12/07/2011] susan newell: me too these people need to be stopped
[16/06/2012] William Sarl: Please do these things to help yourself if you have not been advised already.
Get an incident number from your local police (call 101 not 999) ask for their fraud department. Tell them you have been the victim of internet financial fraud and ask them to give you an incident number and to refer you to Victim Support. WRITE DOWN the incident number, the date, and the officer who takes your call's name and shoulder tag number so you can find him or her again.
You will need to give this info to the bank, and to victim support so they can all help you.
Your bank will do the following things if you do it correctly: they will refund the money to your account. They will get you a new card, and help you to change your pin number, memorable information, and any other secret stuff they use to protect your money. Then they have counsellors in branch trained to assist you to sort out the mess your finances are in, privately and sensitively.
Please don't feel ashamed or embarrassed. Feel angry. Anger is a positive sign that you are sorting your life out. Keep calm, get your email and phone changed, BT will take the police details and give you a free number change, EX-directory of course! make sure. Also go on Telephone Preferences and Mail Preferences immediately, to ensure the spam and the scams are stopped from getting to you. If you have a mobile, get a new sim card, change it, and dont give it out except to family and close trusted people.
Let victim support help you with your situation in private. They have access to grants, can help you move house, and do all sort of things you may not have thought of to prevent your family and yourself from further harm or stress.
If I can help, contact me directly.
Be safe and be positive. You are one of 8 million of us, hit by these people.
Justice is on our side!!!
It just takes time...sadly.

Claim title: £69.95
[04/08/2011] Gary Johnson: Hi, just to let everyone know i emailed loangogo and told them i was not happy with the reviews i have read and wanted to cancel this claim before it escalates further. I was just emailed from Lauren at loangogo and told that my claim has been cancelled and that they will not be taking the £69.95 out of my account. I was lucky that i told them i didn't have enough money in the bank to pay straight away. So if anyone gets in this situation with whatever loan company please do research first, and never pay them first off, regardless. This was the information giving to me from my banks fraud department, very good advice..
[16/06/2012] William Sarl: I did my *homework* on Companies House website - Webcheck.
They had a legal looking entry, which has proven to be a Norton Canes motorway halt, where you go to the loo, have a drink or a snack and buy petrol on your trip either north or south. The police are aware they are using this as a dummy address. My Recorded Delivery next day guaranteed letter asking for my cash back, was returned marked "this address does not exist" by the post office.
Companies House and Trading Standards, the Police and Action Fraud are aware and dealing with it.
Change your bank card, or even your account. your pin number, memorable info etc. even if they did not take money (yet) they can come back and hit you later on. They have enough info to do so. Believe me. They have a passport and a bank account in *my name* already!!! Interpol are involved here.

Claim title: loan enquiry
[08/11/2011] Edward Parks: Hey, I emailed them and threatened them with legal action and they say they have sent me a refund of the £69.95, i am waiting to see if it arrives now. i will update as things progress. My advice- Email them and threaten to make a really big fuss. As i am in the navy i told them i was going to use the full weight of the navy legal department, a blatent lie of course but it did the trick by the look of things.

Claim title: ripped off
[02/12/2011] Scottie: I fell for it... Took in by a comination of desperation and charm. - im sad to say. however i've contacted my bank (hsbc) who have agreed to immediately refund the payment. They have done this in 40 mins and will no reverse my refund if the company can prove they are legit. so some good news. i also emailed their fraud dept a link to this page to review the comments. feel silly i fell for it but dont let embarrasment stop you calling your bank.
[16/06/2012] William Sarl: Contact the police and tell them what you have said here Scottie. Immediately.
Then WRITE DOWN the incident number and the date and the officer's shoulder tag number, and name who takes your complaint. Then tell HSBC (whom I've banked with in the past and find okay) and get your card and pin, memorable info etc all changed. Even consider changing your email and your phone number. These people and their associates hit me in February at one address, found me at the new one - hit me again and then hit me a third time.
All I was trying to do was go back to work to employ others in a venture I've worked on for years. I'm a pensioner now.
Protect yourself for the future - they are built like an octopus. They put a key logger onto my pc when they downloaded e-documents for me to *sign* - be aware!!! If you (or anyone else) wants more details, memo me. I can help in some way

Claim title: paid fees but got no loan!
[24/11/2011] justin osborne: Good Afternoon Mr Osborne,
Thank you for your recent email regarding a refund.
I have searched the system for details of your loan application and unfortunately no details were found. Looking at your email history it is apparant that you made your loan application back in April 2011, and this is the reason why your details have now been removed from our system. By Law we are allowed to keep customer details for up to 6 months, and if no action has been taken, as to a loan being secured, the details are automatically removed.
I can also see from your email history that I sent you information regarding how to apply for a refund on the 16th June 2011. I have checked with our cancellations department and no refund request has ever been received from yourself. Due to the time lapse of 6 months, from the 14th April 2011, we are unable to issue you with a refund.
I am sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Kind Regards,
Lauren

Claim title: Refund of Fee charged
[16/06/2012] William Sarl: get in touch with YOUR BANK immediately. Ask for their internal Fraud Prevention Team, and don't be passed off to anyone less. Then tell them this debit is fraudulent, stick to your guns, and if they argue say: *where is the loan then?* They have insurance and are legally bound to assist customers scammed by financial fraud from the internet. Make a complaint to the police local to yourself (dial 101 not 999) and tell them you have been the victim of a financial internet fraud. ~Give your bank this incident number.~ write it down as you will need it quite often if you really want HELP to prevent it happening again. They hit me 3 times, using dummy companies and sister company tactics.
Talk to your bank about your finances.
They have people TRAINED to help you prevent debt, get out of debt properly and calmly, and, they have counsellors who can help you sort out what to do next.
Failing that, contact Victim Support about it.
It might just be £70 or so, but the effects can last years!!
and they can come back, time and time again, by email, phone or mobile/text and hound you out of more. They have your details now, and will pass them around.
PROTECT YOURSELF NOW. LOCK YOUR ACCOUNT UP, CHANGE YOUR PIN AND MEMORABLE INFO, AND GET A NEW CARD POSTED IMMEDIATELY.
PLEASE!!!!
(BEEN THERE, SURVIVED TO TELL THE TALE AND AM STILL SHAKING NOW)

Claim title: loan gogo
[04/07/2012] Anne: Hi I've had the same problem, called 2 weeks ago and they stated they charged an 'arrangement fee' of £69.95 I was unable to source a loan do assumed I wouldn't be charged yet checked my bank statement and they've taken the funds! I tried for half hour ringing the numbers on the website which would ring but then it was as I'd someone was hanging up?
So I filled out the online application again and surprise surprise they called within minutes. I firmly told the agent I wanted to speak to a manager (he was in a meeting) then explained what happened and how the numbers were ringing out? She gave me the number 0844 880 4285 which is customer services, I rang this and after 5 minutes on hold managed to speak to someone, she advised I'd be put on the 'refund list' and a cheque would be sent first class on Friday 6th July so shall wait and see!
