Claim title: ripped off
[01/09/2011] lesley: £39.95 is not a lot of money to be out of pocket normally if you contact the company many of them will look at reimbursing you. I believe i have been on their website myself and when you are processing the application it advises of this charge as an annual admin fee or something or this nature. Terms & Conditions normally show this as well but often many people skip the small print and dont bother to read these until its too late.

Claim title: Stolen money/fraud
[28/02/2012] rebecca: I can't get through to anyone on the number you guys have provided?
I've had £39.95 taken out of my account without me agreeing to anything. I've tried phoning the bank who told me to speak to the company and then contact the bank again. I can't avoid 10,20,30minute phone calls to an 0800 number when I'm just stuck on hold!!! :(
[26/03/2012] Darren: I have rung them and first they said they could give me back £50 if i send back the catalogue which hasn't come, i was charged £99.95 originally knowing nothing about this company, now they say they can refund £89.95 and not bother sending back the document but no future charges either, will wait to see if the £89.95 is in my account in the coming days.
