Claim title: Proforce Respirator & Filters
[22/05/2009] Judith W: How I wish I'd found this website before falling into the same trap you did. Then again, were it not for this company, I wouldn't have needed this website. What a shower. At least you've actually spoken to someone; I've given up hope of ever doing so but not given up trying.
I've told them what I've done but don't hold out any hope that they'll respond; they don't seem to care. I wasn't even sure they existed!!

[22/05/2009] John W: I feel you're so lucky that you've actually managed to speak to someone. I think that's scared them into taking the phone off the hook because I can't get anything, nor do they respond to website 'contact us' or emails.
I hope they don't think I've given up!!

[31/08/2009] Peter: I have finally received my trousers. I can only guess it was down to this web site that action was finally taken. I almost had my fingers burnt by this company but i certainly won't be going back to them.
[08/10/2009] Caroline Harris: Has Mr Bennett done anything to help all the people forced to place comments, i would be very gratful if he contacted me. I wish i lived closer as i would go to their outlet and scream blue murder!!!! Put an effort in and help us not just waffle about how long you have been around!!!

EXCITING NEWS - WE ARE MOVING TO NEW PREMISES!
For the last five years we have been working from large premises in Chesterfield with a busy shop & trade counter which enabled us to offer trade accounts and delivery services to our local area. Following the introduction of our new website in March 2008 we have seen online trade grow to exceed our expectations in a very short period of time. The extra business meant our small group of staff were all kept incredibly busy and after careful consideration we have decided to make REALLY exciting changes within our company.
On the 23rd September we are moving to brand new purpose built premises and to offer our very best service we have decided to concentrate soley on the internet side of our business. We are sure that this will enable all our staff to work more efficently and offer a better service to all our customers.
Website orders will not be effected by the change & will be processed as quickly as possible, but please bare with us if there is a small delay getting back to you regarding enquiries until after the move is completed.
[08/10/2009] Maureen: I have the same experience! I am still waiting for my socks worth about £13. I ordered on the 8th Sept. I tried calling them for 3 weeks no reply. No answered from my email too!
Return my money back Collin or sen my goods!

Claim title: Goods ordered but never delivered
[11/11/2009] UPDATE: UPDATE
After my credit card company did a charge back and credited my account, United Safety decided to send out one item out of five and have now tried to have the charge back reversed saying that they have delivered all the items!!
I no longer even want the goods as I purchased them elsewhere nearly three months ago!
Credit card co. have said to send U.S a letter by recorded delivery requesting that they arrange to have the goods returned to them as they have breached the terms of contract anyway - 30days is well and truly over.

Claim title: No goods, no communication [Order No. 5287]
[15/11/2009] Tom McQuilton: Well, surprise, surprise, my order finally came through. Ok, having got the stuff elsewhere, I'd have preferred my money back, but it's work/safetywear so it'll get used. Actually, I got the first item through a couple of weeks back and the rest arrived today (on a Sunday -- good old Royal Mail). So, not fraudsters, not a rip-off, just incredibly, incredibly slow. Ordered in August, delivered mid-November? Come on guys, in these days of instant everything, you've got to up your game.

Claim title: Money taken - No goods received
[27/01/2010] michelle: Have another look at their website everybody - it now says someone has had a stroke. Don't waste your time with a trip to Chesterfield, people, it's a PO Box and the postcode isn't a valid business location either, it's the postcode of where the actual PO Box is - check youself with the AA route planner. The website now suggests we all get our money back from the credit cards. Do it quick cause this all smells very dubious doesn't it? I haven't rec'd my order either, made first week of December and supposedly for a Christmas gift.
