Claim title: they took money without my consent

[26/02/2012] mike99 dont get mad get even: They may have your bank details but definitely not your authorization. This is how they do it, first you probably visited this web site looking for information about a loan. The first thing you see is happy smiling old lady saying what a great company! How helpful they were in getting her a loan!
So okay lets take a look at this at what's on offer, you click apply and you get the next page. Right at the top of the page it said "CCJS? BAD CREDIT ? NO PROBLEM! NO CREDIT CHECK! NO UP FRONT FEES! Sounds good so you fill in your details because the form requires this and you tell them how much benefit you receive and what day you get it on.
So you have filled in the first page you feel okay about it because it stated at the beginning of the form "NO UP FRONT FEES" then you push proceed, oh dear you cant proceed because you have not ticked the terms and conditions box, now you know that this is bound to be a long document and hey what's the problem it stated at the start of the form "NO UP FRONT FEES" so you tick the box, but if you had read them it would say in condition 5 Membership fee " A one of joining fee of £69.95 is payable in all cases. On submission of your membership application you will be automatically charged to your debit/credit card that you provided and authorised on application.
I would go to the bank and say this is fraud it definitely states no up front fees on the form.
I would make it a formal complaint and have it treated as fraud, a brokerage fee is a fee! Lets be honest here the banks don't want this to stop because they get to charge you £25 to £35 every-time you go overdrawn, they are loving this.
When you make your fraud allegation ask them for information on how much money the banks made in charges with companies like this.Do they think this is morally or ethically and even legally sound business practise. As I have posted the Halifax took two lots of £67.70 it took me a loud voice in the bank and my ex had her money back. FIGHT BACK!
[24/02/2012] mike99 dont get mad get even: Follow these instructions and you should get your money back! The most important point is YOU DID NOT AUTHORISE THIS PAYMENT AND YOU DONT KNOW HOW THEY GOT YOUR DETAILS AND YOU ARE THE VICTIM!If they dont want to play then make it a FORMAL COMPLAINT and dont take NO FOR AN ANSWER good luck!
First ring consumer direct on08454040506 log your complaint with them this will start trading standards off. Then ring action fraud on 03001232040 log your complaint with them they want to hear from you as they sent me my crime number and password and asked if i know anyone else well your the first if you do this you have more ammo for the bank. Next go to your bank and tell them you want to make a formal complaint with with them. I bet they said they couldnt help but try this quote BCOBS 5.1.11 from the fsa handbook, anyway after I did this they took me to a quiet room were as I didnt make a formal complaint they said they would return the£67.70 back to me by 5pm today. The other one yes i said other one they done me twice will be returned to me as soon as your-money.tv take it.Now this rule BOCBS 5.1.11 means the bank have to prove you authorised this transaction if you didnt like me then they have to give you your money back tell them u want to make a formal complaint. Now they said i could make a formal complaint but that could take up to eight weeks or i could have the money back in my account today If this works for you then share this info around the more people who phone action fraud the more chance they do something.Sorry I took so long not a fast toper if you need more help leave a post and i wil get back to you and if you want a bit of payback see my other posts.pls help others and spread the word.

do it, first you probably visited this web site looking for information about a loan.

[15/03/2012] Nathan Carroll: Hi there,

I have just read about your message on http://www.canyoutrustthem.com/index.php?go=quick_search&keyword=%09EPM+YOUR-MONEY.TV about your-money.tv and I have had the same problem.

I the owner of a website designing company called NPC Web Solutions and I run comparison sites, but recently as I have noticed the number of people who have been scammed into this I have opened a little investigation of my own and so I have also had a bunch of emails sent over to me asking me to win their money back and so if you wish to consider this I can get your money back and I will keep up-to-date with everything that I do about your situation.

There is of course fee for me and a couple of others who will be helping me out but it is a very small fee and it is indeed a NO WIN NO FEE basis, if you are interested then could you please email me back along with what actions you have taken to try and get your money back and of course how much they took out and what the transaction come up as on your bank statement as their are different types of transactions. With the most common one being CD to start the name of which makes you look like you have made the transaction when infact you hadn't.

P.S. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Kind Regards,

Nathan Carroll

Claim title: Unathorised transaction

FIGHT BACK!

Claim title: bank fraud

FIGHT BACK!

Claim title: want my money back

I bet they said they couldnt help but try this quote BCOBS 5.1.11 from the fsa handbook, anyway after I did this they took me to a quiet room were as I didnt make a formal complaint they said they would return the£67.70 back to me by 5pm today. please spread this info around this site as im trying to keep up with another site just REMEMBER YOU DID NOT AUTHORISE THIS PAYMENT i did all of the above and got my £67.70 x2 back MAKE it a formal complaint if you have to dont BACK DOWN GO AFTER THE BANK

[01/03/2012] Nick66: Its disgusting what this company are doing and getting away with it. I too had the £67.59 taken on 2/2/12 and knew nothing of this. I then called them to complain and was given their head office address so i went online and contacted them through their web site. I got a reply from 'Martin' who basically said that i had agreed to this and they were perfectly within their rights - yet he still as not cancelled my account!! I have e-mailed again requesting a confirmation e-mail to say my account has been cancelled and if i don't receive this within the next 5 days then the best thing to do to make sure no one can access my account is to report my bank card as being lost to the bank. This only takes a week or so to get your new card and pin and your valid to and from date will change as well as your 3 digit security code this meaning the bank details that Your Money TV have on file for you will no longer access that account! That's the only way to stop these parasites. They have done this to me twice!

[15/03/2012] Gem83: I have explained to my bank that i did not authorise the payment of £59.00 to YOUR MONEY TV, and they have said that its a actual card debit, as if i have rang the comapny and made the payment. which i have not done!!! please help me, as i am unsure of what to say to my bank?? Thank you

[23/03/2012] key77: Never even heard of these thieves, yet they manages to take £67.70 from my account.Have sent letter emails, spoken to rep.I think they are hoping I get bored and give up.their address your money TV. 4200 waterside centre, Solihull parkway, Birmingham,B37 7YN.

Claim title: Taken money without my consent

[08/02/2012] lianne mussell: i had exactly the same problem,i filled a form in a from with 'easy loans' online, then was directed to aload of different loan companys that was suitable for my criteria, some how power-loans took 67.70 out of my bank account informing thru a email that i had signed up for a membership! i hadnt even been on to their site. Strait away i emailed them with my complaint, i then sent a letter in writing as it states on their website to cancel the membership within 14 days. I also phoned trading standards to inform them, and told power-loans this in my letter n if i dont get my money back i shall be takin the matter further. All this happened on the 5/2/2012,after my compliants and them obviously recieveing my letter and the knowledge i have informed trading standards, i have looked at my bank statement today and they have sent me the payment back. I ADVISE EVERYONE TO EMAIL COMPLAINING, ALSO TO SEND A LETTER TO THEM,AND TO PHONE TRADING STANDARDS INFORMING THEM!!! i got my money back luckily and im sure you could too. Do not let them get away with this there are so many people that they seem to have done this to after reading all the complaints, they seem to be lurking in the background with nothing to say any money will be taken out of your account!! Hopefully this will help you get your money back too :)

Claim title: Money taken from my bank account!

FIGHT BACK!

Claim title: Fraudulent activity

Claim title: taken direct debit without permission
