I had exactly the same thing happen to me, there is a way to get your money back but you have to do it within 14 days of the money leaving your account! You need to write to them quoting a consumer right - I have a copy of the letter I sent. The company rang me today to say my account had been cancelled and my refund would be made. I sent the letter 2 days ago and they have already called me to arrange the refund. My email address is sjaneb1987@gmail.com

[21/01/2012] Joanne McGuire: EPM CASHFINDERS have scanned payday loans websites during xmas period Dec 2011/Jan 2012 and stolen vulnerable people on low incomes' bank details and STOLEN a fee of up £67.50 for a service that does not exist. PLEASE SOMEONE WHO REGULATES THESE LOAN WEBSITES ACT NOW TO PREVENT THIS FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOUR AND PROTECT CONSUMERS. Sara (13.1.12) please contact me I have sent u an e-mail to get the money they have stolen from my bank a/c. EVERYONE be aware a similar company POWER-LOANS.COM are operating the same fraudulent activity and their customer services staff hang-up on you when u ring, 5 phone calls later they just continually hang up.

[19/02/2012] george: i am having the same probs with these low down rip off merchants,,,i phoned them up and had it out with them over the phone,,i got the address to forward a letter of complaint,,,I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK,,,i have informed the police,,and watchdog,,also rip off britain ,,it is in there hands now,,,would like to also add that MY BANK ARE TOTALLY USELESS,,,they are suppose to look out for there customers,,NOT LET THEM DOWN ,,,
