Ask for the name of person who takes your call,and note it.
Be firm and insist they pay you full refund.They will fob you off but keep on insisting.
They have broken laws.They cannot take money without having a signed document from you,false advertising and distance law as others have said.
They will then give you an email confirmation and two refund codes with letters/numbers.Keep that safe and money will be back in account in 7 - 10 working days.

[20/02/2012] linda m: I was also ripped off by revitalize. I ordered 3 products at postage costs only & the too a total of £205 from my bank account. I used the information in your comments & they immediately offered a full refund. I haven,t got it yet but I have a name and refund reference numbers.

[05/03/2012] Valerie Hirst: i paid £6 for my trial creams and my free revitalize cream, i received these items on the 20th Jan, then on the 9th Feb i was charged another £19-97 then the 1st March i was charged a further £79-99 and low and behold the 2nd March ive had another £74-95 taken from my account. Altogether this product has cost me £180-83p. I am devestated because i just think that this must be a massive rip off.

[19/03/2012] Jean: I too have been scammed by this 'beauty cream' company. Today I phoned them and spoke to Angelina in a Phillipines call centre, who agreed, as a good will gesture, to refund half my money! Some good will gesture! She was not able to give me an address for the company. I tried the Lothian, Scotland phone number for the distributors of the products but it had been disconnected. We will see what happens now.

I have now had money taken from my bank account. £74.95.
This is a scam, I have contacted my bank and if it is not replaced the police will be informed of this fraud.
