They did eventually answer my email and have cancelled any future orders but refused to refund for the stuff that was sent. Good Luck x

[09/02/2012] Rob: I like every other poor sould on here has descibed, saw the add, didn't check the terms and conditions and have now been stung not once but twice, first time two payments of £75.50 and £37.50 then again this week with £79.95 and £42.42 have just written my ltter of complaint to the Sheffield address, disappointed that so many people have been stung, have received my cancellation e-mail. I can see that Nick Walters won't be checking his Portland mail box any time soon and while i have threatened consumer vengeance if they don't refund in full i suspect i won't recover these charges despite "Grahams" assurance that they will refund the second lot but not the first. The tablets are placebos and we have all been conned, going to do some digging on this Walters bloke and see what i can do.

[05/03/2012] Viki James: The exact same thing happened to me and a collegue at work! I am amazed they have managed to do this to so many people and get away with it! I am currently fighting for a refund but I can't see this happening. They weren't clear at all with the charges if they are advertising this as a free trial that's what it should be! Also they should only send out the free trial not more tablets than what we got free. I'm so upset with myself for believing it I've just graduated University and struggling to find my rent and council tax etc the last thing I needed was to loose £100 on nothing!

[14/03/2012] Lesley: I wish I'd googled them before I fell for it and seen all these comments! I got ripped off and have now cancelled any future payments but have changed my bank card just in case because they are obviously a totally untrustworthy company. Something needs to be done as there is absolutely nothing 'free' about their trial. Surely Advertising Standards people should be getting involved in their misleading advertisements. I can't believe I fell for it, I will certainly be more careful in future!

[17/07/2012] Kyleigh: My poor mum just fell for this scam and it means the house can't eat until next week and we're having to live off what's in the fridge. Including a 5 year old child who's birthday it is this week.
It's disgusting that this company have been able to do this to so many people, the bank can't do anything either and the pills themselves don't work because they have nothing in them worth taking, Acai doesn't work unless you take at least 500mg per pill! I'm beyond annoyed as my mother is disabled and unable to actually do anything about this. I don't know how or where she found this or how she even signed up but we've also been sent some crappy face mask stuff that we DON'T want or haven't ordered.
I'm taking her to change her bank account tomorrow as it seems the only way out.
