Claim title: 1 want my money back

[26/02/2012] mike99 dont get mad get even: They may have your bank details but definitely not your authorization. This is how they do it, first you probably visited this web site looking for information about a loan. The first thing you see is happy smiling old lady saying what a great company! How helpful they were in getting her a loan!
So okay lets take a look at this at what's on offer, you click apply and you get the next page. Right at the top of the page it said "CCJS? BAD CREDIT ? NO PROBLEM! NO CREDIT CHECK! NO UP FRONT FEES! Sounds good so you fill in your details because the form requires this and you tell them how much benefit you receive and what day you get it on.
So you have filled in the first page you feel okay about it because it stated at the beginning of the form "NO UP FRONT FEES" then you push proceed, oh dear you cant proceed because you have not ticked the terms and conditions box, now you know that this is bound to be a long document and hey what's the problem it stated at the start of the form "NO UP FRONT FEES" so you tick the box, but if you had read them it would say in condition 5 Membership fee " A one of joining fee of £69.95 is payable in all cases. On submission of your membership application you will be automatically charged to your debit/credit card that you provided and authorised on application.
I would go to the bank and say this is fraud it definitely states no up front fees on the form.
I would make it a formal complaint and have it treated as fraud, a brokerage fee is a fee! Lets be honest here the banks don't want this to stop because they get to charge you £25 to £35 every-time you go overdrawn, they are loving this.
When you make your fraud allegation ask them for information on how much money the banks made in charges with companies like this.Do they think this is morally or ethically and even legally sound business practise. As I have posted the Halifax took two lots of £67.70 it took me a loud voice in the bank and my ex had her money back. FIGHT BACK!
[24/02/2012] mike99 dont get mad get even: Follow these instructions and you should get your money back! The most important point is YOU DID NOT AUTHORISE THIS PAYMENT AND YOU DONT KNOW HOW THEY GOT YOUR DETAILS AND YOU ARE THE VICTIM!If they dont want to play then make it a FORMAL COMPLAINT and dont take NO FOR AN ANSWER good luck! First ring consumer direct on08454040506 log your complaint with them this will start trading standards off. Then ring action fraud on 03001232040 log your complaint with them they want to hear from you as they sent me my crime number and password and asked if i know anyone else well your the first if you do this you have more ammo for the bank. Next go to your bank and tell them you want to make a formal complaint with with them. I bet they said they couldnt help but try this quote BCOBS 5.1.11 from the fsa handbook, anyway after I did this they took me to a quiet room were as I didnt make a formal complaint they said they would return the£67.70 back to me by 5pm today. The other one yes i said other one they done me twice will be returned to me as soon as your-money.tv take it.Now this rule BOCBS 5.1.11 means the bank have to prove you authorised this transaction if you didnt like me then they have to give you your money back tell them u want to make a formal complaint. Now they said i could make a formal complaint but that could take up to eight weeks or i could have the money back in my account today If this works for you then share this info around the more people who phone action fraud the more chance they do something.Sorry I took so long not a fast toper if you need more help leave a post and i wil get back to you and if you want a bit of payback see my other posts.pls help others and spread the word.
