Claim title: Money
[18/03/2013] trevor: hin ,
email them do not talk on the phone , email them telling them you are going to trading standards and reporting them to the police for theft by deception. Also then tell tehm you have spoken with tyeh anational press and tehy wil be contacting them to uncover their fraudulent activity. Aftyer two or three attemps at cooling you down they will refund your money less 5 or 6 quid. never sign up to any acceptance on a finders or brolers web page they are all crooked
[18/03/2013] terry: i have had a similar problem with this company. I have logged it on this site, but also e-mailed them at the address customerservices@myloan.co.uk with the following message :-
Dear sir/madam
Your company has taken money from my bank account without my consent. I would like this to be returned as i did not authorize payments to you. My bank has been made aware of this and has been instructed to dispute all payments taken and/ or outstanding. Please return all payments and cancel all outstanding payments to the account below. please contact me on the email below. I look forward to your prompt response to this matter before i forward all relevant details to the office of fair trading, the trading standards authority and the financial ombudsman to investigate.
I've had a response with a form attached within 24hrs. Not got the money back as the process has just started but at least something is happening. hope this helps
