[15/06/2009] angela: hi yes i had the same problem i paid £300 out plus extras and they never gave me work , once i had a date and got ready that took me ages and at last minute gave me a lame exscuse the my client had problems at an airport and had to go back home as his mother was ill , i have tried getting my money back but wont give it me back , i tried to complain but when i spoke with them they became nasty with me and said if i didnt like there service then i had to leave. the only reason i joined this agency was to get extra cash for xmas presents ect and pay my car loan of , i feel ashamed and m confidence as been lost because of this , im sure other agencies are just as bad as this, how do you get your money back any ideas , email me at pearlstorm@aol.com i will answer all emails personally.
