I ordered a bottle of Acai Berry on 12/02/09 charging the cost of $86.93 to my credit card. After taking the product each day as directed, I saw no results. On 12/14/09 I received a second bottle of the product in the mail even though I did not authorize the company to send me additional products. I called the company and they told me they would take my name off their automatic shipping list and refund my money if I returned the new bottle. The person took my email address and said they would email me instructions on how to return the product. Several days went by without receiving any instructions, so I mailed the bottle back to the address of the company that was on the return address label on the box I received the product in. It's been over two weeks since I sent the product back to the company, and my credit account still has not been credited for the $86.93 they owe me.
