charged my creditcard with 250 EUR. I just ordered 2 free trials - which i never got. Just on i didn't order. And now they charged my account with 3 x 84,74 (expenses included). I just called Mastercard and cancelled my creditcard. They told me i have to write a statement and they try to clarify that. I can just hope to get my money back otherwise i will try to sue the company.
I don't know how this is possible, if so many people already were duped and complaint about the same case and company.
Good luck to everybody!!! I'm open for advices to get my money back.

I've been charged £75,79 from Smilekit(as appear in my credit card statement. The are still getting money from my account and I don't know what to do!!How appear in your statement? We have to find out a solution!!! Somebody have to help us against these bastards.

[02/02/2010] Bill: If you have ordered free trials of acai berry supplements and need to cancel ur subscription try calling (07)312 4400, thankfully i cancelled in time before they got me too!
[04/02/2010] Carter: I ordered free trial on 25th Jan, saw all bad comments on line this week. Rang their customer service no UK 08708200066, spoke to 'nice bloke' called Rob, he cancelled my account.
Received 2 emails cancelling account
