my friend michele, used this web site to purchase tickets for the tina turner concert @the 02 arena on 7.3.09 she paid £264.95 for the tickets back in june of last year, she was told that she would recieve the tickets by regestered post up to 5 days before the concert.as the date was getting closer she has not heard from them, she e;mailed phoned but messages were returned, we found a web site that looks like  a few people have been cheated on by this company,and because it was booked so long ago we are unsure where she stands, can anyone help us in our delemure ?
