Ordered bedding for my daughters room, said it would take about 10 days for dispatch on the website, after 10 days still no order and still just said on order tracking "pending shipment" phoned them, emailed them and i have not heard a thing back from them. its been more than a month now and i've never heard anything from them, haven't received my goods and haven't got my money back.
