We had been struggling with our creditors and wanted to get into an iva. we found churchwood financial on the net and phoned them, with in no time of speaking to their advisor kenneth williams and telling him our problems he said we met all the right criterior for an iva there would be a one off admin fee of £700 then everything would be sorted out within a couple of weeks, and that i would be dealing with him and only him. We got the forms by post the next day signed them and a couple days later paid the £700.That's when things went down hill fast,i also sent them a court paper that had to be dealt with immeadeatley which they never did, i could never make contact with kenneth williams always put on hold then would speak to someone else who did not have a clue what my case was about. This went on for a couple of weeks and when i realised they had lost the court form i managed to speak to kenneth williams and told him he had completely messed things up for mand i wanted a full refund. Spoke to a john ryan later that day again more talk no action from him have tried numerous phone calls to get my money back and have sent letters to the directors of the company with no replys back. They did nothing for my £700 i just feel so stupid for being so naieve and very angry but i will not give up and will do what ever it takes to get my money back!
