i have recieved phone call from bentley cooper in end of march 2010 and they ask my bank details for credit check but when i checked my statement i realised £99.99 been taken out of my account and straight away i canceled my appliccation and i asked my fee back they said it takes 14 days but i am been waitting 3 month still they did not refund my fee back i rang them more than 60 times they keep lying they always saying mangewill call u back but just lying i have never recieved phone call from manger ...... they are scam they need to be lock up
