What a fool I am! After reading this article http://weeklyconsumertips.co.uk/Online-News/Teeth-Whitening/?t202id=6197&t202kw=cpx I stupidly clicked on the first link and signed up for the Trial. Durrrrrr! I should know better having worked in the Security business! As soon as I had entered my Card Details I knew I had made a big mistake. They didn't mess around taking the £2.95 shipping fee from my account; so I promptly called up my Bank and cancelled my debit card before any more could be taken. Hindsignt is a wonderful thing; but I am glad I rectified my stupidity before they took anythign larger!

[07/12/2010] Mike Maber: Choice White/Select White is indeed a scam. I innocently purchased the kit for £2.95. I then became suspicious and phoned on Dec 1 and I was given a cancellation number. I also cancelled my debit card. I then noticed that my account had been charged on Dec 1 for £38.64 and £42.82. I phoned today their customer handling number, I complained but got nowhere. I asked for the address of their UK operation and was told she did not know it, but would phone me back with it. Needless to say, no phone call.
[10/12/2010] lesley ford: I took liked the look of their trial but oh dear!! what a big mistake!! They took 2 extra payments from my account on the same day totaling 81.46! for something that should only have been 2.95. I have tried emailing them, no good! Only phone number/address I can find is for America!! According to my bank they could help themselves to more at any time unless I can find a way to cancel with them and show my bank proof of cancelling before they will stop paying whatever they ask for!! I used to be a dental nurse and should have realised that these products don't not work anyway, more fool me but an expensive way to realise that!!

I called and insisted that i wanted a refund, as already posted they refer to the terms and conditions but if you insist that you do not want anything extra from them only your refund and also drop in that your bank have offered to chase the money back for you but you are trying yourself first. It took ten minutes or so but eventually he agreed and money is now back in my account.
