I ordered a free sample of Acai Berry and Colon Cleanse from these companies (No Pain Pro & Joint Relief) with a total to pay of £2.99 postage for each item. The following day I had a call from my bank querying the payments taken from my account as they believed them to be fraudulent transactions. When they told me the amount that had been taken I was in total shock!! £126.90 each transaction as opposed to £2.99!! They advised there was nothing they could do as I had given my card details so wasn't fraud. I have e-mailed the company demanding a full refund but just received an automatic reply saying I need to call them but no telephone numbers given. I can't believe I have allowed myself to be taken in by a thieving scam of a company! I would really like help in getting my money back please.

[20/04/2011] Sharon Scott: I would just like to endorse these comments and ask for help in getting my money back. Like most people I am in no position to loose this amount of money.
Although my money has not been refunded no further money has been taken as I stopped the card I had used to make a £2.99 payment and not the £125 plus that was taken from my account. I did eventually receive the "slimmimng pills" which are an absolute con.
[01/05/2011] Neena: I have experienced the same, £255.62 taken from my credit card acvcount and my bank can do nothing because they are saying I entered into an agreement with the company so it is a dispute. Even though I told my bank I did not enter into an agreemnt for NO PAIN PRO/PAUSE PAIN to take unauthorised payments they can do nothing which means this company can keep taking as much as they like from my account even if I cancel my card. I have found by clicking onto Customer Self Help Portal: www.ehelpcentral.com which is found at the bottom of the invoice it takes you to a box which says CUSTOMER CARE PORTAL ONLINE ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT - MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT IS EASY WITH OUR ONLINE SUPPORT SYSTEM. MODIFY SHIPMENTS, CHECK ORDER STATUS OR CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT. I completed the box which takes you to your account and under the self service cancel is a facility to cancel the account. Click on the X that appears under this heading (you may need to search for it as there was two pages on my orders account even though I've not ordered anything from this company other than the free trial suplements) and additional boxes will appear asking if you are sure you want to cancel. Make sure you read these boxes carefully to cancel the account properly. I then clicked onto the online live help but a box came up saying my account is no longer active which I'm hoping means I've managed to cancel the account.
