I ordered 3X Eyessential cream and received the email confirmation with my order. My credit card was charged and the goods were never delivered. I have sent emails and phoned numerous times and occasionally get emails back telling me the product isnt in stock or it is in stock and is going to be delivered. I have asked for a refund 4 times now and got nothing back. The last time I asked I got two emails from them the same day, one saying the product was out of stock and the other saying it was ready to be shipped.

This company is a joke and have taken me for a ride and now I am £65 out of pocket and not sure how I can get the money back.

Extremely peed off
