We’ve all heard stories about frighteningly shoddy garage workmanship, offensive predatory Swiss Toni tactics and a shocking tendency to overcharge us because we are women and don’t (always) do mechanical jargon and such like.
I urge OFT ( office of fair trading ) to investigate matters with approved garages and dealers and ask them to sign a female friendly promise to ‘never overcharge, patronize or sell women services they don’t need. Many single women are judged and exposed to male prejudice in the motor industry.
Further to my point in that I was traveling on a bus service which paused at the side of the A6038 Bradford Road passing the Renault Kineholme of Otley workshop and used car dealership and caught the extremely rude attention of four to five overweight salesmen in semi business attire
Who perhaps would now reconsider their future actions and perceptions of others, I suggest they choose wisely the priorities in 2011 in the deficit. Allow me to help you.
1. Try not to misrepresent the business.
2. Established 50 years? Yes Thanks to us who notice you.
3. I know a good deal of people in the Aireborough and wharfedale areas even Harrogate perhaps you will only have to rely on repeat business from now on?
4. Focus on selling the business not losing it, spend less emphasis producing your website and produce a better attitude
5. Boasting about an ordinary passenger on a bus route where hundreds of buses go by everyday is so strange, try to identify something a little more normal like upholding and respecting the reputation none of you were clearly old enough to have created.
I suspect if you could give the unprofessional image you did today then you are clearly accustomed to making others in life and in business feel uncomfortable at the expense of others
I expect a written apology by whoever is in charge here or you will be back on this website with all the other complaints for renault with regretful consequences.

I am currently on sickness leave, so the whole situation has been very unpleasant.
I am sincerely grateful to you for your prompt investigation of my concerns and will update the website complaint with a compliment, feel free to check again on the complaints board
I trust you will or have already spoken to the accused as promised by way of a meeting rather than individual comments during their working day as the grounds of my complaint were strong enough to warrant a disciplinary warning had we known exactly who was involved
