Applied for a loan on line for £3k,was contacted by the finance and credit co ltd, said they had been refered by City finance and had all my details correctly and bank details. said loan comes from India finance co and that I needed to pay first £105 befor loan deposited in account by cash trans. I was cautious checked they existed, they show up as a company, so paid the £105. They then asked for a taxation fee on funds entering uk of £190 assuring me my loan would be transfered that day. I reluctently paid as they were very convincing. On doing this when I rang they asked for a transaction fee of £260 at which point I became very agry with their service and would not pay any more and demanded my money be refunded. this they said would take 90days, I demanded an immediate refund and that I felt I was being SCAMMEd. I got them to promise to e.mail me to confirm when money would be paid. This didnt happen but today a so-called transaction manager Marcus Teledane has called and reduced the fee to £90 which I told him I would pay in 1hr. ( I WONT PAY IT!) he also said the other employee will be sacked for promising the e.mail. He has now tried to call me 3 times in the last hour. His incoming no. shows as 0005265973.He apparently works for LOAN ORGANISERS LTD another company that also lists. The FINANCE & CREDIT CO Ltd no. is 0703 184 0759 please dont be taken in by these people.
