I placed an order on trainersadidas.co.uk , I never received a confirmation email for the order . I waited a couple days,try to contact the company by e-mail, this is the only contact on the web site...then I contacted a creason@sitecomplaint.com claiming to be "a third party institution with credibility dealing with all trade disputes" they forwarded my message to the merchant and urged them to contact me...and told me to wait patiently, nobody contacted me since...
The phone number(+1 213 261 3462) on their complaint site supposed to work 24/7, answering machine "leave a message" is on. No one reply to the emails either eshoppay24@gmail.com either their complaints email csreason@Sitecomplaint.com.

[10/11/2011] Pete: The same here. My wife ordered me a pair of shoes from this company. They sent me completely wrong and crappy shoes in a crappy box! Bye bye 60 euros... I haven't try to contact them but it seems like they won't answer anyway. Next I try contact my credit card company if they can help me or at least shut down the whole website. A friend of mine tried this site also: wrong shoes again!
