Applied for a loan online received a phone call to say I was approved for a loan promising funds would be with me within 7 days , paid a £69 admin fee to them and received nothing. Chased in writing and by telephone (holding for up to an hour).

I was trying to get a new car as my old one was beyond repair due to mechanical failure.

They just took my £69 and I haven't seen it since.

When I eventually got through to them they told me the £69 was a "brokers fee" and said they would refund minus a £5 charge but then told me to put in writing. Put in writing they then wrote to me saying that they have up to 3 months to find me a loan.
