Hi I am a small business started up last year this company also known as genesis global media phoned me offering to put adds of Facebook for 1 month only for a one of payment of £99.00 so I did 6 weeks later I got a call from there accounts dept as for arrears payments of two months bearing in mind I had already paid for one month only as I started when I was sold this I could only afford for one month i was in total shock could not believe what they were saying that I was in a on rolling contract which has 30 days turn around so now as its into the second month I owe them two months outstanding do I said I want to cancel contract now she said I can't until they receive the outstanding amount could not believe what I was hearing so I agreed to pay a amount of it as that's all I had and she said it was cancelled I had two more payments to make to clear it on my last payment they should ave took 40 pounds but they took £99.00 which was unauthorised I called them they said they would refund me and they have not tried to call them and all there lines are disconnected so I cannot even speak to them I am disgusted with this company I hope for everyone else's sake that they have gone busy as I know that I'm not the only one they've done this to STAY AWAY FROM GENESIS MEDIA IF YOU VALUE YOUR BUSINESS THEY WILL FINISH YOU!!!
