This is the third time I have tried to make a claim through your site. PLEASE can you help?
On the 18/12/11 I saw an advert on line for serum for trail price of p&p only at £2.95 and cream for only p&p £2.95
When I checked my bank statement I saw that this company had taken unauthorised money from my account. On the 1/1/12 £74.95;12/1/12 £79.99; 27/1/12 £74.95; 31/1/12 £79.99. This only stopped as I went to my bank and changed my account details.
I have e-mailed this company, written to them and tried to ring on four occassions, being put on hold for up to 30 mins. I have asked my bank for help but to date I remain £309.88 down.
I would never have agreed to these amounts of money as I am on a fixed pension and have no other earnings.
Please PLEASE can you help?
