im sure im not the only one this has happened to but i really felt the need to express my disgust towards this company. I have never used this website nor have i heard of it but it is definitely a scam. i was charged £69.99 for a 'service' i never asked for nor do i fully understand what exactly this service is. i spoke to someone there and they have promised to refund the money within 30 days but are apparently 'legally' allowed to keep £5 for what ever service they claim to be providing. Only to find this morning that they have signed me up again! this time not being able to get through on any of there 'customer service' phone numbers, and so have emailed them stating clearly that i do not permit any payments for any of their services making it illegal for them to take any more.
