I was looking for a loan online and came across loangogo,filled out the online application and I got a call from them saying my loan was approved but I needed to pay an upfront admin fee of £69,this was done on the premis my loan was approved and Id have the money in my account the next day.I sent them numerous emails asking them why my application was taking so long and where is my money,I called the number on the website too and no answer.Eventually a person came back to me saying they tried getting hold of me on a numerous occassions,which is not true,I than said I wanted to cancel my application and requested a refund,the lady started getting a bit dismissive telling me it will take longer to get my refund back than to wait for a lender,all though i was told on the first call my loan was already approved.She also explained they were short staff hence the lack of communication.It contradicts them saying they tried on numerous occasions trying to get hold of me.Funny how the first call was a long call and soon as they took the £69,nothing.All Im getting is bombarded with text messages to other loan places like loans gogo asking me to call them High premium numbers,not sure if the two are connected,just find it strange since this im getting wierd calls too.
