This company acted on behalf of Swarovski-Sale.com not real Swarovski.com but a scammed company that copied Swarovski.com website with the intention to persuade people buying the goods at a half price, you will think that they are real because of their policies. I have been trying to contact Swarovski-Sale.com but no success so far. I contacted yourspay since they appear to be their main bank in Asia and they emailed back but assuming that it will send the complaint to the main owners. The return delivery is 7days and the item I received was not the one I requested. I ordered a raspberry star necklace and they send me a crap necklace that does not even cost 5usd. It looks so facke and ugly and the beads are not well placed. It's all wrong that. I spoke to Swarovsk.com and they already have checked the website but they can not do anything at the moment because it's not theirs. The company facke on the website states that people have 7days return delivery but unlikly to be fully refunded because they take 5%of your total money. I tried to call china today but yourspay number appear to be busy or even not working. I need to know who owns the Swarovski-Sale.com and their contact number so I trace them now because this is my second day and I haven't heard back from them. I guess they do on purpose for us to not claim anything back.please help me
