I enquired about a loan with my loan online.
I put in my debit card details thinking it was normal procedure, no where on the page did it say they would take £69.99.
I did not even decide to take out any loan with them and even replied to their endless text messages to stop but have only found out that £69.99 has been taken out of my account today without my authorisation or knowledge.
I am absolutely disgusted with them and sent them a email asking them to put the money in my account or I will go to a solicitor.
Obviously I cannot afford a solicitor but fortunately my cousin is one.
It's shocking that they are allowed to do such things to people who are in dire straits.
Could someone please give me a number which they pick up on as I want my money back ASAP.
