I applied For a Loan after having no other options after i read on
Reviews.net/com that the company has helped many people, good reviews and bad but mostly glowing,naturaly i thought £69.95 is not a lot to pay when it could restart my life.I Was made an offer of £6000 for a loan,i payed the broker fee and was told id get my documents in a couple of days,i got a letter saying i have been forwarded to another broker (Ralph Marlon co) in Leeds and i knew it was too good to be true, i waited patiently to see if any offers came and none came.so i knew i had to apply for a refund, i wrote my letter requesting a refund and sent it,within a couple of days i got a letter back saying my refund is being proccessed, i had read that a refund would take 30 days so i waited,30 days came and went and since then i have phoned multiple times waiting in queues,a polite lady every time,she said this should have been done weeks ago,and the next week she said the same and blamed bank holidays,i asked to speak to a manager twice but she said im a superviser i can help.every time there is no manager.so i got a letter through the post asking for payslips and a copy of my drivers licence to claim my refund.so i am stuck, i will never send off personal information
and especially to frauds.can anyone help me?
